Her coworkers barely even got my hair right because I ask her a low fade, but she got me a wrong hair cut, I do not recommend it,
Horrible business practice . Called for hair cut appointment with Hortensia got here 2min before appointment and she was taking on a customer this is not first time this happens they don’t honor appointment and wait time is always over an hour. Take your business elsewhere
I’d give it 0 stars if I could! She bleached my moms hair and the color didn’t even stick to her hair! She burned her hair so bad!! My moms hair was black, she wanted it burgundy and it came out dark brown. My mom went back 2 more times after that because Hortencia said to come back for a “touch up” and the color stayed the same. She gave her a price then charged more after she “finished” dying it. I wouldn’t recommend her at all!

Diamond in the rough. I got a trim and she didn't cut anymore than what she said she would thanks for that ^.^sadly i forgot her name :( my friend got a highfade and line up and absolutely loved it! Prices are super low and the experience was pleasant. Will be returning.
I ask for a Mid taper and they did me wrong don’t go there waste of 10 years of cutting hair
