I came to key west to get a gel manicure, during my experience my nail tech was super nice, however the work wasn't up to par, I had nail polish on my skin, with bubbles under the polish, my French tips weren't even I didn't even get my cuticle cut. None of the normal manicure things were done. When I called about this I was refused a refund very rudely as I spoke with the owner she offer times for me to come in which were all very unreasonable as it is a week night and wanted me in very late and wouldn't allow me to come the following morning. This was so bad, I was forced to spend another 40 dollars to get them fixed else where! VERY UPSETTING especially with the way I was spoken to when I called about the issue.
Walked in on the off-chance I could get a desperately needed haircut right before a funeral on a Saturday. The beautician was off but still there. Not only did she give me a haircut, but she did an AMAZING job! Which is not easy with ultra-curly hair!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Atefah!!! Will always come back!!!

Great experience! Temperature screen and asked to wash my hands upon arrival. Spaced work stations, sink sanitized before and after washing my hair. Mikala did a great cut while we both wore a mask. Thank you.
Friendly and personable. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with all of my services. I use it for tanning, getting my hair done, and also for manicures and pedicures. They do also offer lashes.
The ladies are so friendly. It's like going to visit a long time friend. The service is impeccable. They never do a rush job. You feel truly pampered after leaving the salon.
