I just got a pink and white set of nails done by Tina. She did an excellent job.
Do not recommend this place at all! Very unprofessional and cheap. This was my first time at this place and I will not be returning. I got a dip powder manicure and was not happy with the results. I told her that I wanted tips on all of my nails and she refused to put them on all of them like I had asked and paid for, and only put the tip on one nail. At first, the person was some what nice, as soon as I asked her to fix a nail (they were ALL different shapes and sizes), she started yelling at me, insulting me and my nails and being extremely rude. She was shaking her head, speaking in her language to the other ladies and yanking my hand. Her name was Vicky. In the end, she ASKED me for a tip... I have never experienced this kind of customer service and hope not to in the future. I would like to give this lady the benefit of the doubt and say that she was having a bad day but this experience left me saddened and extremely unhappy.
I told her not to trim my nails. I don't know what she was thinking when she took a huge chunk of nail off the side. It's sore and I'm afraid it will get infected. She only did it to one side. My nail now looks deformed.
