Wow. Such a great experience all around! I had Bianka as my nail tech. Friendly staff and LOTS of color choices. I’ve tried a few salons around KW but this has to be my favorite. Will definitely continue to come back!
**Also, had my dog jump on my toe nails before they fully dried, ruining two of them. I called and asked if I could get it fixed and the owner said no problem. I was in and out within 10 mins.
New girl did my toes. She didn’t shape them well, didn’t cut them down, burned me. Didn’t use shavers on the bottom of feet. Out of a lot of colors. Would prefer to have the color removed asap. Girls need more training and everyone should be off their phone.
I went to the nail lounge for a mani pedi on Wednesday and wasn't overjoyed with my pedicure so I left without getting my mani but went back the very next day and without mentioning my dislike of the pedicure received exceptional service. I told them I liked my manicure so much better than my toes and they took it upon themselves to offer to fix my toes for me. I was ecstatic. I love the way both my toes and fingers look after this visit and will go here everytime I want my nails done going forward. Beyond pleased! Thankyou Nail Lounge.
I had the most wonderful experience with my nail tech! It was my first time trying Nail Lounge and I will be coming back everytime I need my nails done! I had Andrea do my nails in the most beautiful dip design. Fall colors and it was stunning! She was so friendly and made me feel right at home! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
I went to have my nails done here yesterday and it was a terrible experience. This estabishment should let you know when an untrained person is servicing you. She was horrible and the person who came to FIX her work was not any better. I highly recommend you DO NOT give your money away to this business. You'll get lumpy acrylic application. I had to tell the young lady don't add anymore acrylic. You'll get someone trying to drill your skin off your fingers. My nails have never looked this horrible. Polish is bubbling on my thumb. KWNL, tell people who your trainees are so they can get a discount if they choose to agree to inferior services. I took the file to shape my nails and I had to buff my nails properly. Let me wrap this up by saying if I didn't keep pushing for better effort I have no idea what my end result would have been. I was never disrespect or rude to either lady and likewise (they were sweet). I recognized they just need more practice and I wasn't there for that.

Went in especially for Dip nails (powder) and they didn’t disappoint. First impression was very welcoming. Showed me straight to the colors. Set me straight up with Tony. I’m really happy with my nails including the extra special ring finger nails! Thanks so much and see you next week for a pedicure!
This nail shop was right near my house and I wanted to give it a try. The employees were very kind and welcoming.The prices are amazing! I took my daughter with me and we were amazed by the results, overall customer service is great and it only took about 45min. I highly recommend!
