Just to add I had been going to this shop for 5 years and never once had a complaint until the last 2 services I received. I never once asked for a free service I WAS OFFERED ONE due to the poor quality of work that was rendered, as the pictures show, I was told I would only have to provide the hair and I could tip if I wanted to, which I had no problem doing because she willingly OFFERED a FREE service and that I never had problems before! Long story short when it came down to doing my hair she did not follow through!

Very rude, poor customer service, poor business ethics, Sita did a poor job on my hair and did not follow through with her promise to correct the situation. Very inconsistent with quality of work be careful because you could loose money. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Sita is very unprofessional. She will quote you a price and when you get there it's more. She's never there on time. Very rude. She told me to go get edge control because my daughter hair was natural and she was not going to take nothing off the pricei took my daughter somewhere else and I love the braids and they where

When you and your workers are not upfront and truthful with customers, it shows your lack of competence and character as a businesss owner. Do the right thing, from the beginning! My girls have been getting serviced at this salon for years. Made an appointment for my daughter to get braids for her graduation and thought everything would go smoothly as usual, Boy was I WRONG! Arrived at the salon at 8am (Scheduled and confirmed appointment time) and no one was at the shop. I waited for about 15min then called and was told that the person that I made the appointment with was out of town and I would not be able to get my daughter’s hair done! I was obviously upset and expressed that this was unacceptable and unprofessional. I was the told that someone would be at the shop at 9am and I could wait or come back and when I asked if I would be compensated for my time, I was told that I was being hostile and she no longer wanted my business! Horrible customer service and as a frequent customer I was appalled by the way my daughter and I were treated!
Never again. I promise you, this was my last resource. They are completely unprofessional and they could care less about being professional. I was the first one at the salon at 8:15 am and was the last one to leave at 7:30 pm. Unacceptable! I had to wait until after 10 to get my hair done. The lady that did my hair kept jumping from head to head which delayed my service. And stopping to handle other things. Again, unacceptable! Futhormore, they tried to over charge me and I stated that I was not paying for the full price because I certainly was not being treated fairly. One thing not to mess with is my money. I was told on the phone that I would pay $170. Come to find out, it was $260. Absolutely not! So the lady was trying to be slick and say, “Since I keep your hair, I won’t charge full price.” Trust, even if she didn’t keep my hair, I WAS NOT paying full price for their horrible service. I gave her $200 and walked out of there. I would say that my hair looks good, but why are the ends already unraveling? I just got my hair done YESTERDAY. To top it off, the place is dirty. That’s not something a customer should spend their money. The ratings were right about this place. I certainly was in a stuck situation so I had no choice but to get my hair done. Never again. EVER again. My mom had to fix my ends for me when she shouldn't have to. Never again.
Very unprofessional and talks nasty to customers, talks on the phone instead of helping their clients never prepared and braids look like they are beginner braiders . I wouldn’t recommend going there
Very professional Very accommodating!! The braids neatly done, not to tight edges not stressed. If I had to give one critique it would be the length. My daughter wanted waist length braids, the braids fell mid back. The price quoted i felt was very fair. Although the length fell short I would definitely go back to Kiki. They are very professional and very pleasant. Please try them out!!
