No appointment necessary when you call. You show up, wait for a specific stylist for the next 45 minutes and still people get their hair done before you because "they had an appointment".
Great stylists, but with a customer base spanning 20+ years they need a lot more organization.
Worst haircut from Ricky. If a stylist doesn’t know how to do a specific cut requested by a customer, then just say so! Don’t leave it crooked!!! I would’ve waited or come back, instead of getting a horrible cut. I waited for months to grow out my hair for this cut, and he just butchered it. I can’t stop crying
Ricky is terrible and the dumb lady with the short hair is rude. He chopped off my hair, when i asked for layers, gave me a mullett, had to FIGHT for my money back. DO NOT GO HERE. This salon is trash and all the employees are incompetent especially the lady with the short gray hair.
Me gusta mucho ir a este salón, tengo llendo 1 años y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia. Únicamente hemos ido para cortes de cabello, tanto de dama, caballero y para niños. Lo cortan muy bien y a costos muy accesibles, aun así con la propina se me hace muy bien la relación costo/servicio.
The stylists are very nice and do their job well. They will offer input if asked. They are very time efficient. There was no wait to go on or sit down for my cut. As of July 2022, they still require a mask to enter and be worn during the cut. Well worth the amount paid, which I consider on the lower end of haircuts.
The woman ( owner ) was doing hairstyling to me suddenly she scratched my neck a little with the comb I told her " ouch " OMG she started screaming in bad manners to me saying " look I didn't do anything with a mirror in her hand ". Seems like if she does something wrong the clients need to shut up the mouth even if she do something wrong. Very unprofessional, bad manners, bad temper, of course I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE I DONT LIKE TO BE AROUND THIS KIND OF PEOPLE. This woman needs to learn how to treat clients with respect and good manners. ????????????????????????????
If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in for simple highlights, and layer/bang trim. I specifically asked for no bleach or dye, just color for the highlights. I repeatedly mentioned I wanted my hair to be a little lighter, and presented them with the first two photos. I ended up with the last two. Absolutely no regard for what I wanted and left me with the most disgusting highlights, showing a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. They were not blended at all, nor toned out. They refused to give me my money back after I declined their offer to “fix” a mess I waited over 2 hours for. This is NOT worth 160 dollars and no one should have to experience what I did.
Took me in right away and both gentleman were friendly but the guy i got fire my haircut was pretty rough with my hair and didn't quite listen to how i wanted it. Cut it way too short and now it's pretty unmanageable. Not going back.
