If I could give a negative star I would. This beauty supply is ghetto and the staff are far from friendly! The manager unsure his name but he’s an Asian man with blonde hair needs to be fired! He is disrespectful and racist! I spent 450.00 spent over 10 minutes waiting for someone just to have a new girl who knew absolutely nothing help me and then when she does finally get to e hair she gives me the wrong color I leave out and come right back in and it’s a problem because as the disrespectful manager stated I should have checked. Like are you dumb I told the girl plus the disrespectful manager who actually assisted in helping her I wanted all the hair to be #4 color and he told me I was out of pocket for not checking the color! I swear customer service does not exists anymore. It’s sad they are only up the street from my home and I will drive across town now to go to another location. Service is a big part of business I spend way too much money for them to act so disrespectful to a customer who helps them get their pay checks! Over it and would never recommend or come back ever!! I hope the place goes out of business

Okay so firstly it’s Very ghetto and employees aren’t the best either, it’s also very dirty ... i didn’t care at first though because whatever I’m there to get what I need, it was my first time getting extensions . I payed $450 for “high quality” extensions .. I went home and they had LICE ????????????. I was in such shock and I’m the type to not return stuff because I get shy/embarrassed. So I never went back and ended up throwing them away ☹️. $450 went straight to the trash . I ended up going across the street because someone told me there was a place for hair and wigs as well that was very well kept . Joyce’s Beauty supply . I went and I LOVED IT . Owner takes good care of his customers and it’s very clean and actually HIGH Quality hair and stuff. Employees are kind too ☺️. If you’re looking for a good place skip this place and go across the street.

Employees at this store are rude and unprofessional. Be careful, they will charge you for what you want and bring something from the back that you did not ask for and not allow you to exchange . Meanwhile given you a product of lessor value. This store is fraudulent and suspect . They treated my 70 year old mother with such disrespect and had no accountability. I will be taking further action to have this store investigated!

So first off there customer service is trash but I ignored that & understood this is business I came to get some wigs. So I chose 2 that were on the manicans on display. so one of them was the last one, but the second one however had plenty in stock,and the lady went to grab it and scanned the 2 wigs and I was getting ready to pay almost 100$but I noticed the 2nd one WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WIG!!! I mean it’s the same style as the one I chose on display but the color is completely off! And I immediately said hey that’s not the one I chose, and they were trying to act all confused and like they don’t understand me and waiting for my money but I was in a hurry and said no I don’t want that one it’s okay I’ll only buy one. Sooooo yeah, make sure that you are purchasing the correct wig that you wanted. Or else you’ll notice when you’re out the store or at home but it’ll be too late because they don’t do returns. Horrible & disgusting work system. 1 star for the selection of DISPLAYED wigs , & the other because my name means ⭐️
Great customer service! Look I don't play and I don't know anything about hair much so when I go in, I like to feel like I am not going to lose my mind with 50,000 of the same type of products wanting nothing but the best. I just went here today and -everyone- was knowledgeable and friendly and that meant a lot to me. The first time I moved to Cali, I thought since they close at 7 or 8, they'd stay open till that exact time. No, be warned...they close the doors -15- minutes prior to closing! What I didn't like then, and why I stopped spending my money at this exact location and overall business for a LONG time, was how I was rudely treated trying to ask questions through the door about why the doors were closed when the store -according to the CLOSING hours- had not yet arrived. Either way, I am all for second chances and I met the owner at another location so...this place gets 5 out of 5 stars for NEW workers, great products and quality customer service!
