*Walked into this place to obtain a manicure for the first time today - literally down the street from my home. GREAT place of business. **First of all I was greeted respectfully and kindly unlike many nail shops. Next, the aura of the place is great -- very CLEAN & neat, very spacious with plenty of nail stations and COMFY pedicure chairs. It's also decorated VERY nice like an actual spa, and with plenty of TVs. My Nail Tech was also very nice and accommodating.
** Definitely will become my go-to nail shop!!
Every year I go to GA for Thanksgiving dinner with my husband's family. Last year I visited this place and was not disappointed. This year was even better. The place was clean, The nail tech was absolutely awesome. Definitely looking forward to getting my nails done herenext year!
Very pleasant experience! Walked in late around closing! John took his time and the shaping was done to perfection. The sns wasn’t bulky! I’m extremely picky and to my surprise I didn’t complain about my service!
First, the business is nice and clean. I signed in at a kiosk and was promptly served. Jenny did my pedicure and waxing. She took her time on the pedicure, was thorough, and did a great job. She didn’t try to force me to get extra services that I didn’t want. She even warned me that if she waxes my eyebrows, they would be very thin. She is definitely my go-to for pedicures. I give her 10/10. Beo did my nails. They look so natural and beautiful. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He understood the assignment!!! I won’t let anyone else touch my nails because they never looked so good. He gets a 10/10. This place is right down the street from me and I didn’t know it. But now that I know, they have a loyal customer. I highly recommend this place. They do everything.
Update: I stopped going because the techs weren't consistent. My nails looked awful after one of the male techs did them. Two of my nails needed to be replaced and he put nails that were too large for my nails on it and it looked hella awkward. The next time that I visited, I realized that customers get 10% off during the month of their birthdays. I never received a text or an email with the coupon. My birthday had just passed, so I asked if they could honor the 10% discount. The person who helped me gave me a hard time, saying the discount wasn't up to them. He had a slight attitude, as well. I had become a regular customer, but because of a small 10% discount disagreement, they have lost a customer. I didn't realize how big of a deal 10% off could be. I now get my nails done at another salon who does a much better job and are more reasonable.
I went in for a full set and a polish change. The service was ok. I go to pay the lady says 90 something I expect to pay for gel polish on my nails and the little rhinestones but 22 dollars for a polish change on my feet. And I’m like this is my second time coming in here I don’t know your prices someone should have a least told me that a bel polish change was that much I might as well had gotten a whole pedicure for that. I won’t be going back.
Timely service, care taken in providing service, not once did I have to correct her application regarding pressure or discomfort. The esthetics in the salon were nice and relaxing. I will definitely go back.
I’ve been visiting Chan & Bay in Lovejoy faithfully since they opened & the customer service is consistently fabulous. Layla always takes excellent care of my nails. She’s gentle & professional. I highly recommend them!
