My friends and I have been going here for months and have never had any issues at all. Some techs may be more skilled in different areas, but my nails still always come out great!! I usually go right after work and almost never wait long, or at all. They always make me feel welcome and are very friendly to me. Started getting my brows done too; can’t complain about the price and the wax/cream doesn’t irritate my skin. They have a loyal customer in me as long as I still live in the area!

I have been going here for months now and they do a really good job doing my nails and toes. The only place I go to now. I recommend everyone to go here. I absolutely love them.

I cannot believe you guys let me sit in a chair waiting for two hours while most of you were doing nothing and sitting on your phones. What a waste of my time on my day off! I’ve always had good experiences here, I’m so shocked. I got up and just walked out without getting my nails fixed, after two hours of my time taken from me that I’ll never get back. I wish someone would have been realistic with me and just let me know how long it’d be for me, I would of respected that. But instead others who came in the door after me got taken care of. No one ever spoke to me or acknowledged me after I walked in the door and waited for a little over two hours. I am never wasting my time here again.

Nails techs are friendly and always do a great job. The shaping of my nails always come out perfect. My favorite place to go for eyebrow waxing! My only complaint would be that it could be a little cleaner but I have not gone in since before covid.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now. Best place I’ve experienced with my nails and feet. Also my eyebrows always look amazing. Very clean and professional customer care.

This place overcharges. I had to pay 45 dollars for a FILL-IN! No cut down, no design, just a plain ole fill-in. They recently hired these young kids that have 0 experience and who does an awful job. I literally heard the owner tell a customer “if you don’t like it go somewhere else”. The only Gem at this location is “Tien” she’s amazing! She does excellent work, she’s super friendly and she knows her stuff!! If it was not for her I’d give this place 0 stars.

I got a full gel set and a pedicure for $45. Both turned out nice. The shop was clean, but nothing fancy. I wanted to get a design with rhinestones or foil or metallic tape but the tech said he didn't have any of that.?????? He said he could do art but had no pictures of what he can do so I ended up just leaving them plain.????
