Really nice merchandise and excellent quality. Customer service was excellent. Lady was very helpful and didn't rush me like some stores I've been in. Prices very reasonable definitely will be going back.
A variety of beauty supplies available,however the owner decided to harass a young shopper accusing her of theft. Checked her pockets and bags all to end up saying the the alarm went off mistakenly. Then told the young lady "Have a nice day".
No apology or semblance of sympathy for making a false accusation, that would've been embarrassing for anyone all while the young lady nonchalantly allowed the search....
I would choose to not return to this location b/c of the bias and mishandling of the questionable alarm system....
The store is very frustrating because they rarely have prices visible you always have to ask them the price.
My daughter was just searched by the owner due to the scanner beeping at the door, which she had no right to do and I have spent thousand s of dollars in this store, it wasn't the fact that she did or didn't steal but the fact she searched, didn't ask about a parent ( which she was at the door), or call the police, only to discover my daughter's wallet set it off.WON'T BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN- EVER!
I appreciate your response, and I've seen you in the store dozens of time and I appreciate you talking to your Mother but as you have said she won't change her mind so I am unsure if there is a way to make this right and it's not really your wrong to correct
My worse experience ever, I saw a wig cap that I like and the color. I told the lady she should mak sure it's the right thing she is giving me ad if I knew. She insisted that the numbers are the same, only for me to get home and try it on it was far different from wha I chose. I came in the morning, yesterday to complain only for her to insist that it's the same number she gave me. I told her I didn't come to buy numbers I came for a cap. She said it either I take the sample which isn't the color I wanted or keep the one I brought. Seriously huh. I didn't have any choice but to leave the cap because they won't refund my money. Beaty Island that is my last time stepping foot there and I wont advice any of my family to buy from there either.
This store went down a lot they are not upto date on any products. And the store clerk kept watching me ugh.
They had plenty of what I needed. I was able to purchase, right from their shelves, a product I have been ordering online because it isn't sold in any of the stores in the area, in the quantify of my choice, and at a comparable price. The store is enormous, brightly lit, very clean and orderly. The employees are pleasant and accommodating. I think I have discovered another beauty Oasis!
Truly disrespectful workers, this was my first time at the store. I walk down the aisle looking for mouse. I was then asked by the worker, if I opened a product. My reply " what ". Then I said the sign state. Do not open products. She stated will I smell something. Thru your mask? I will never purchase anything from this place. Nasty customer service! In this date and time you should want customers in the African American community! We are all wearing mask and gloves! Try and smell what? Make sure you check your many cameras to see I didn't open anything
