Editing to say that I STILL can't put into words how happy I am with all my experiences thus far at Kitty Nails! I went to my appointment, and they took me almost immediately, really no waiting at all! They did exactly what I wanted, except better AND they did it quickly and proficiently! My nails look AMAZING(I would post a picture, but I have no idea how to because I don't even see an option to be able to post one!)
I can't put into words how happy I am with my experience at Kitty nails!
I originally decided to come here because my normal nail salon wanted to charge me $175 for nail services that only cost me $70 at Kitty Nails, but have since decided to continue going to Kitty nails because not only did they do a fantastic job at doing exactly what I wanted done, but they were extremely nice, great customer service skills, extremely patient and not rushed to get me finished and out of there(even though it was close to closing time) and honest about price and whether or not they could do a design right up front! They were also very clean and had many color options to choose from!
They also have an amazing rewards program that rewards you with 3 levels of rewards! Level 1 is a FREE pedicure, level 2 is a FREE Michael Kors bag(of your choice) and level 3 is a FREE IPad! Like...what? Those rewards truly show that they value there clients!
I 100% WILL be going back for future nail services and will also ONLY be recommending Kitty nails to anyone looking for a nail salon!!!
I'm not positive who all works there, but my experiences have been with Tiffany and Tommy...and they were absolutely amazing!!!
Have to add this as well, after you are done getting your nails done, they hop up and massage your shoulders(as if the amazing nails they gave me wasn't enough!) I just can't give enough positive feedback about this place!!!
We were in on Thursday got my daughters nails done. Noticed a crack in them Thursday night. Called them they said to come in on Friday to fix it. We showed up they were to busy. We couldn't come again until Monday. I made an appointment for 1pm we showed up they never had her booked. Again told m they were to busy. So now I need to take her somewhere else and pay to have it fixed and rhe color changed because they can't take 5 minutes to fix ones nail. Worst service ever. Their not friendly.
I've been here a few times. Every time I get a pedicure at KNS , they take those cuticle nippers and dig deep down between my toenail and the meat on the side of my toe. Inevitably, they end up cutting my skin - it becomes inflamed and very tender for days.
It's just not worth it.
The environment is so peaceful. Unlike many nail salons, Kitty Nails does NOT have that "chemical-tinged air" atmosphere.
Scheduling appointments are easy. The QUALITY of service is far superior, and my nails are very healthy.
I enjoy the neck massage upon completion of my service. A beautiful touch!
Late with appointments. Very nice place to go for feet and hand beauty but KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENTS. We make appointments cause we are busy and have a planned day. Now I am 15 minutes late to start so that pushes my day 15 minutes and I haven’t even started yet ????
To add I will no longer be going to this place. This guy left in the middle of another ladies full set to fix my broken nail then rushed my nail and left it in the uv light and went back to the lady. I do understand you are busy but scheduled appointments right. I WORK WITH CISTOMERS AND I BELIEVE QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. This place is just an about the numbers . This is the second and last time I come here.
