Worst pedicure ever! The girl said my feet were soft so she did not scrub the callous. She put one raggy towel on both legs for 3 min. The girl had to repaint my big toe twice bc the polish was too thick. Then she proceeded to put thinner in the polish not once but twice right in front of me. Polish was not smooth on all toes. Definitely not worth $35. Spa pedicure smh!!!!!!
The ladies are nice. Some of their work is a little sloppy and they don't really listen to you. One woman hurt my moms feet during the pedicure and the woman just did a hell acrylic overlay and I asked for tips. I didn't correct it because she already started wrong and I needed to be to work so I couldn't be there longer.
I love love love love Coco!!!! She is absolutely amazing! I live in Ocala and was traveling to New Smyrna Beach this past weekend, I stopped at the 7-11, which is right next door to her. I called n asked if she could get me in right away for a Brazilian wax, and she told me to come on over. I had to wait maybe 5 mins for her to be ready for me and got me done within 20ish mins. Although, it was a little bit more expensive then where I usually go, when I got done I wasn't as bruised/red or sore as I've always been before. Idk what she did differently.

Had the most amazing experience with Vivi. Nails looks bomb afterwards and we enjoyed each other’s company. Very nice lady that made the experience that much more enjoyable.

I went in here for a full set, I felt very uncomfortable, seems clicky. If you are not a regular they don’t talk to you, the lady next to me obviously goes in there lots and they were all talking with her, offered her drinks from next door…. I sensed I upset them when I changed my nail polish choice…. Probably because it stopped her convo with the lady next to me… when I was asked to pay, she was short with me… I tipped well, she took my c.c receipt and walked away… no “thank you” no “have a good day” felt like she was just pleased to get rid of me… felt sad when I left.. normally enjoy getting my nails done and chit chatting…. My nails were decent so it’s not like I was a chore, I am a polite person, smiled at her when she looked my way but I guess I’m just worthy of their circle… guess I won’t be a regular here. Sure would have like to have been offered a drink like the other people were. Oh well….
I have been a loyal customer of Kizcoco(Coco) for over 10 years. As a man, I am made to feel comfortable and receive excellent service. I even convinced my wife a few years ago to become a customer. Now my son and daughter also have had the Kizcoco experience. You truly become family when you visit. I visit every two weeks and it is a highlight of my Saturday mornings. I highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed!
Lovely experience. Coco is so lovely as well as the whole staff. They are all the sweetest, kindest women. Love the energy of them as well as how talented they are. I always love coming in with a new photo of inspiration and they can do anything that I bring in! Love that they humor my challenges. Lovely quality. Unmatched.
