This was my first time at this nail salon. I really liked Tweet, she is the reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. The girl who did my nails appeared to be the manager. I wasn't told prior to getting my nails done I'd be charged an extra $8 because they were long. I've seen long nails and I wouldn't categorize my nails being long at all. She didn't talk to me except ask me where I'd gotten my full set done as if it mattered. I actually wanted to leave a nice tip but because I was charged an upcharge that wasn't listed in their prices I didn't see the need in doing so. Maybe that was her way of getting a tip because she may have judged me and thought i wouldn't tip. If I go back it'll only be for a pedicure with Tweet. I'll go where I know the prices and they don't just charge you based on how they feel. Had I not had that experience I would've went back and possibly made them my new nail salon. The search continues.....

This was my first time here and I got a pedicure. At first I was enjoying myself. It was calm and relaxing. From my understanding, even if the pedicure is a basic pedicure, the tech always massage the leg AND foot, even if it is just 2 minutes on each. The nail tech massaged my legs the whole time and stroked my foot once, if that. When I asked her about the foot massage she kept reiterating that I only got the basic and that she did massage, which she did but it was only my legs. I even specified that I wanted my feet massaged. I get pedicures mostly for the foot massage. I will never cheat on Victoria nail and spa again. I only went here cause it’s closer to my house and I had a long day at work.

Been here twice and loved it! Came with a group for sns & pedicures, returned for sns removal.

The staff is super friendly and wants to provide the best service. They put in effort for a perfect customer experience. Although there is usually a bit of a wait, the staff acknowledges customers and lets us know when our appointment will start.

Such a clean, bright, and relaxing environment. Can’t wait to come back!!

I go there once every few months to keep my toe nails from becoming ingrown and the team is very skilled. I like it that they sterilize the tools they use.

Interestingly, there are often other guys in the place too who like me spend a lot of time on their feet and need to keep them in good shape.

I’ve been here several times in the past few years and have up till now never been disappointed. Today they weren’t that busy but I was barely spoken to by the normally nice staff. I seemed to be the last thing on their minds as I waited for over an hour with my feet soaking in burning hot water that will and I quote “cool off quickly” . About thirty minutes in the person sat after me got service and I still did not. But I still waited still needing something to relax. After another thirty-five minutes of no eye contact or words from the staff I gave up and started to leave. Only then did several staff and the manager decide that I was just about to receive my service if I would only stay. I had waited as long as I could and I ultimately left upset and more stressed than when I had walked in. Thank you for ruining my good mood and will not be returning.

I've had 3 gel pedicures from LA Nails so far, and each one has lasted about 2 months. They are so nice and they take their time...I have never felt rushed. They fully renovated the place, and it is beautiful! Highly recommend!!

I called a head to make sure they were open and the lady was very nice and made me feel very comfortable buying a gift card for my wife. It was 10 minutes before closing time but I had to drive past on my way home so I thought I would just see if they minded. I wanted to be respectful because I know I would want to go home on time. Several people meet me as soon as I walked in and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated the entire time I was there. I feel my wife will enjoy spending time at L A Nails, and I will definitely recommend them just because I know they appreciate and respect my business.
