4. Affordable pricing: One customer mentions that they received a great pedicure for only $24, suggesting that the prices at La Brea Nail Shop are competitive and affordable.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent service: While many customers praise the staff for their consistency, there is one negative comment in which a customer mentions that their big toenail was botched. This suggests that there may be some inconsistency in the quality of service provided.
2. Language barrier: One customer mentions that the staff were talking loudly in their own language and making rude comments, which made them uncomfortable. This suggests that there may be a language barrier issue that can lead to misunderstandings and potential discomfort for customers who do not understand the language spoken.
3. Accusations of non-payment: Another customer mentions that one manicurist accused their daughter of not paying, leading to a confrontation and subsequent rude behavior from the staff. This indicates a potential problem with communication and customer service skills.
4. Waiting time: While one comment mentions that the shop stays on time and wait times are usually reasonable, another comment mentions that the shop can get overwhelmed with clients, leading to longer wait times. This suggests that the shop may struggle with managing customer flow during busy periods.
In conclusion, La Brea Nail Shop has several strengths, including quality service, friendly staff, long-lasting gel, and affordable pricing. However, there are also weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service, potential language barrier issues, accusations of non-payment, and potential longer wait times during busy periods. These areas of improvement should be addressed to ensure a better overall customer experience.

March 2022, the oldest woman botched my big toenail badly ..after telling her twice NOT to cut the sides & NOT to KEEP trimming the skin! Had to get my Podiatrist to do a correction surgery and submit a claim to their Insurance Co.
First time going and I must say that the guy did a great job and a really nice pedicure for only $24. Will be coming here.
My 14 year old daughter and I have going here for about a year now. I see Lucy and sometimes Michelle for my Silk wrap. I love the conforting atmosphere. They stay on time unless they get overwhelmed with cliets. The wait is never long.
Michelle, is consistent with eyebrows, and the rest of the staff offer quality service!
This is the best nail shop. My nail gel last a long time. The products are not lumpy. Very friendly and very nice staff.
Because of the Covid-19, my mani pedi shop owner decided to retire and close the shop. You know us ladies my must have have our hands and feet hooked up. Heads up, i found a very clean nail shop. The lady that did my pedi, did a great job. Michelle did my eye brows and my mani as well and i was very happy with the results. I didn't have to wait because i had an appointment. I suggest you make an appointment cause its a small nail shop. I can't belive i have lived in Inglewood for 20 years and i never been to them before. Now this was my first trip, i always get gel on my hands and feet. So if you getting all that extra stuff, be sure to ask if they do it first before making the appointment.
I took my daughters in for a manicure for my nieces wedding; one manicurist accused my daughter of not paying (she paid the manicurist who did her and left). they started talking about us very loud in their own language which was rude. the manicurist called and said my daughter paid and they never apologized. it was much better when Anne owned it. not going back
I've been coming here with my auntie for a while now and they do nails really good. they take their time and make sure everything is right. Michelle does very clean eyebrows and the service is great.
