Now let's look at the weaknesses or areas for improvement based on the comments.

2. Poor application and quality control: Another customer expresses disappointment with the quality of their nails. They mention that the gel was not given enough time to dry, leading to sticky and smudged nails. Additionally, the top coat peeled off quickly, indicating a problem with application techniques and quality control.
3. Inconsistent pricing: One customer notes that they were charged more than the originally agreed-upon price for their child's nails. This lack of consistent pricing can lead to customer dissatisfaction and confusion.
4. Long wait times and prioritization issues: Multiple customers mention long wait times and feeling like they were not prioritized. They observed that walk-in clients were serviced before them, despite arriving earlier. This inconsistency in wait times can lead to frustration and discontent among customers.

Best TL Reviews
Love this nail salon! Yen(not sure how to spell her name) is the best! She's super friendly, good at her job, quick but efficient, and remembers our conversations. Plus the owners are awesome too. One picture is 2 weeks and there's no peeling or chipping. The other of my toes, is a month out. I always get gel.
I came in with an appointment at 5pm (one hour before they close), and the man doing my nails was extremely impatient. My nails are EXTREMELY uneven and different lengths, the polish has already come off, and my thumb was ruined after five minutes after leaving. Granted, they haven't fallen off after five days, but I am VERY unhappy with my nails, and will be going to have them fixed at Pretty Nails.
Me and my little girl went to get our nails done today and were extremely disappointed in our service. My nails were done extremely quickly. They didn’t give the gel enough time to dry under the light so they were sticky and smudged. They were also uneven. I had to have them take off the top coat, reshape my nails, and redo the top coat. My nails are still all uneven and differently shaped, and the top coat is already peeling on the edges of my nails. They also charged me more for my kids nails then they originally told me they would be. We won’t be back.
They do very good job. Loved the back massage chair while I my pedicure.
Absolutely loved the lady who did my nails!! She was so nice and hooked me up. ???????? Definitely Go here guys !! It is worth the price!!????
Did pedicure for my mom and I. Short wait time when arrived. Great job on both of us.
Waited more than 2 hours, people that came in after me (and were walk-ins) were serviced before me. The color I settled on, the nail tech kept asking me if I wanted it because it was bright and kept asking if I wanted a pretty pink or blue. Like to the point I was embarrassed.. Like no, I want the color I picked. Also, the nail tech kept telling me how small my nails were. AND I was charged way more than initially was told.
Will not return. Rude, wait times were ridiculous, and overcharged.
I have been coming here for years. It's the only place I trust.
