I had a gel manicure and basic pedi! Very pleased with my service. Everything was clean and the employees were very nice.
I have been here before and had great service and results…but beware of who you get. The last time I was there before Christmas, I got someone I had never seen. An older gentleman that didn’t speak or understand English at all…which was fine, but my “express” pedicure took almost 2 hours. I had 6 week old gel Polish on my toes (almost gone) and nails. I’m not sure why it took so long. The manicure and gel Polish took almost another hour. I watched others come and go…I felt like I was on candid camera. I made an appointment but I didn’t specify a tech. During my pedicure, he kept turning my massage chair off and adjusting it so I was sitting in a 90° position. I finally asked why he kept doing that and they apologized and spoke to him. He would twist my foot and I had to adjust they way I was sitting. I’ve never had that before. I can’t believe how long an “express” pedicure took him. When we went to the manicure, he brought out some weird rectangular plastic box for me to put my hands on…and asked me “cut or file”…I said file…and he barely touched my nails. It was like he was “air” filing…going through the motion. I finally said to another worker that I was confused by the service and they relieved him. Almost 3 hours for gel Polish removal, express pedicure, minimal manicure (my natural nails) and gel Polish. I am only writing this review because I’m having to file my nails down myself and I paid $85 for that. So please, make a request for a specific tech if you plan to go here.

Today was my first time there. Let me tell you... I was greeted with a smile no nail tech was on their phone and everyone was engaging in conversation with the client. Everyone is friendly and nice. My nails came out beautiful. I recommend this business.
They were absolutely amazing and very accommodating especially for my client who has a hard time doing anything and they took care of her as if she was a queen very much appreciated ❤️
