Quick Facts About Lily Nails & Spa
Lily Nails & Spa has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one commenter mentioned that they loved their nails and that they lasted for a long time. This suggests that the salon is capable of providing high-quality nail services that are durable. Additionally, another commenter praised the customer service, describing the staff as sweet and friendly. This indicates that the salon has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, which can enhance the overall experience for customers.
Another advantage mentioned is that the salon is conveniently located near the commenter's house. This suggests that the salon's location is convenient for local customers, making it easily accessible for those who may not want to travel far for a pedicure.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one significant issue mentioned by a customer is the low quality of service and the lack of professionalism. The commenter describes a negative experience where the salon caused damage to their nails and refused to take responsibility for it. This indicates that the salon may not prioritize customer satisfaction and may not take accountability for their mistakes.
Another weakness highlighted is the lack of attention to detail during pedicures. A detail-oriented customer complained about the sloppiness and lack of precision in their service. This suggests that the salon may not be consistent in providing meticulous and thorough pedicures, which may be problematic for customers who value attention to detail in their nail treatments.
Additionally, there were complaints about the salon's pricing and eagerness to upsell services. One commenter mentioned that the salon added additional costs and did not listen to their requests. This indicates that the salon may prioritize monetary gain over customer satisfaction, which can lead to a negative experience for customers.
Furthermore, there was a comment about the salon's lack of communication and professionalism. A potential customer made an appointment with a specific technician but arrived to find the salon closed without any explanation or notification. This suggests a lack of organization and customer service skills on the part of the salon.
Lastly, there was a comment about experiencing discomfort and burning during the service. Although the commenter enjoyed the final result of their nails, the fact that they experienced pain suggests that the salon may not prioritize the comfort and well-being of their customers.
In conclusion, Lily Nails & Spa has strengths in terms of the quality of nail services and the friendliness of the staff, as mentioned in some comments. However, weaknesses were also highlighted, including poor customer service, lack of attention to detail, issues with pricing and upselling, lack of communication, and potential discomfort during services. These weaknesses may impact the overall satisfaction and experience of customers at Lily Nails & Spa.

I really like Lilly’s !! When I got my nails and toes done I loved them and they lasted for so long!
Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do.
This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.
This salon is close to my house so I've gone here 3 or 4 times over the last few years when I didn't feel like driving across town to my regular spot for a pedicure.
I NEVER leave reviews but felt like it was necessary after my most recent visit a few days ago. I stubbed my big toe and as a result, my natural nail was partially broken off. This has happened to me twice before so I knew it was an easy thing to fix by putting an acrylic tip over the broken nail.
When I had this done elsewhere, it was always a simple no-brainer kind of process. I only needed acrylic on the broken toenail and you couldn't even tell it was there because the width, length and shape of the acrylic was filed to match the other big toenail. But when I had this done at Lily's, the width, length and shape of the nail were very obvious in not matching the other nail. They were two totally different sizes. I had to point it out and politely ask several times for the nail to be shortened and drilled down to match the other nail. The thing I did NOT like was the attitude that I got in response. I was even told that I needed to get acrylic on the other big toenail (at an extra cost of $5) if I wanted them to look the same and I know that is not the case.
I paid $5 for the nail to be fixed (on top of $40 for the pedicure itself AND a tip). They technically "fixed" it but even still, I shouldn't have been made to feel like I was being a bother for expecting the repaired nail to look reasonably identical to the natural nail on the opposite foot.
For the most part, they get the job done. Pedicures have been satisfactory (not excellent, not terrible) but can be a little sloppy and lacking at times. If you are a detail-oriented person like I am, you may want to save yourself the headache and go elsewhere as this probably is not the best place for you to get a pedi.
If I could do a negative numbered rating I would. I had never been here before, but Hannah came highly recommended by a friend. I called and scheduled an appointment 24 hours ahead of time, specifically spoke to Hannah, and talked about what I was wanting, that I was referred to her, and set it up for the next day. I gave her all of my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We ended the call with a "see you tomorrow." I show up to my appointment at 5:33, a whopping 3 minutes late, and find the door LOCKED. I called them repeatedly with no answer, no voicemail option, knocked on the door, NOTHING. I never received a call to tell me they had to close early (BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 7PM) and we would need to reschedule. No signs were posted on the door explaining an early closure either. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming to this establishment.
They were very kind And I love my nails but I did get a cut and it started burning but other than that I'm good and it was an amazing first time experience ????
