Quick Facts About Long Beach Nails & Spa

Long Beach Nails & Spa has a mix of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze each comment to understand these aspects in more detail.
Strengths: - Stella is highly praised for her thoroughness, cleanliness, and organization. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make her a valuable nail technician at the salon. - The atmosphere at the salon is described as nice and peaceful. This creates a pleasant environment for customers to relax and enjoy their services, such as the massage. - The use of hot stones during the massage is highlighted as a positive aspect, adding an extra level of comfort and relaxation for customers. - The owner or manager, Macy, is commended for ensuring everything is perfect. Her attention to customer satisfaction is appreciated, creating a positive experience for clients. - The salon is open and offering services outside during the second round of Covid-19 closures. This flexibility in adapting to the circumstances is appreciated by customers, who were able to receive prompt service. - The staff is described as kind, professional, and hardworking. This indicates a positive customer service experience, enhancing the overall impression of the salon. - The salon has taken proper sanitization precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic, making customers feel comfortable and safe.
Weaknesses: - Since the change in ownership, there seems to be a decline in customer service. The emphasis on making money rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction is noted. It is further mentioned that the management has poor regard for appointments and customer needs, ultimately leading to a dissatisfactory experience. - One customer had a negative experience with the nail technician, Tran. The customer felt rushed and unwelcome, and their requested French tip was not executed properly. The customer was left with bare, unwashed nails and was charged for an unsatisfactory service. - Another comment mentions feeling overwhelmed by the vast selection of nail colors available. Although having many options is generally seen as a positive, in this case, it may have been too much for the customer, making it difficult to choose.
In summary, the strengths of Long Beach Nails & Spa include diligent and skilled nail technicians, a peaceful atmosphere, flexible services during the Covid-19 pandemic, and proper sanitization measures. However, weaknesses include a decline in customer service since the change in ownership, an unsatisfactory experience with a nail technician, and overwhelming choices of nail colors. These aspects should be taken into consideration when evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the salon.

Since they changed ownership things have gone south. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and today is my last day ever. They put making $ ahead of customer service. Zero regards for appointments and they couldn’t care less if you walk out the door. They have some good nail techs left but is just very poor management.
Stella is very thorough. Her tools were clean neat neat and organized. She is Very gentle but ensures everything is perfect. Would definitely come back. Atmosphere is nice and peaceful.. plus the massage was so needed. Used hot stones and most importantly she took her time didn't rush my service..absolutely love this place
This is my 2nd time coming here and I can say that this place is awesome. I had a pedi and mani the 1st time by Lily and she was really good. She took her time providing the service and she was very thorough and meticulous. The foot massage was really nice. I didn't have to make another trip to the reflexology. The manager or rhe owner, Macy, was really nice and she made sure that everything was perfect. I got the same thing done on the 2nd visit and was even better.
They're open and doing mani pedis outside! (Now during this 2nd round of closures due to Covid) I was sooo happy they were able to get me in right away when I called. I was there within 15 minutes and only had another customer. They were very careful about sanitization ???? I enjoyed the chilly breeze while getting my manicure outside ????
I visited this salon while in Long Beach. It was clean, peaceful, and the staff was kind and professional.
I went in indecisive about color but decided on a French tip. Tran could not execute a dip French tip so she said she would paint it on. She mentioned she had appointments and we would have to hurry. So I suggested maybe we just do a simple one color dip with lavender. She flipped out saying we don't have the color, she didn’t have the time, and she can't serve me. I was charged $10. She took my previous color dip off before she flipped and left me with bare shaped unwashed nails. Tbh, i felt unwelcome as soon as she saw me. (Pics of what I asked for vs what I got.)
Holly did a great job. It was my first time going to this place. I haven't had much luck with nail salons so, we'll see how this one goes. The place was clean and they have a lot of nail colors to choose from. A little overwhelming to say the least but great.
They always do a great job! I'm so happy they are open again. They have all the covid precautions in place so everyone feels comfortable.
