Never going back. They lied about prices and overcharged me and my husband. His pedi, my mani/pedi, almost $200. Never returning. I also want to mention that they think you are going to steal. One day they had the back door open. I went to the restroom. A minute later, someone was yanking on the door. I confirmed I was in there. When I came out, my technician was standing nearby so called watching TV. I'm like this. If you don't want someone running out of the door, close it.
I have been going to this nail salon for years, every now and then I branch out and try a new one but always remember why I come here. They are very helpful and always do the best job. I recommend them to everyone! You won’t be disappointed.
The acrylic themselves are good but paint job was horrible. I had paint on my cuticle and it was also kinda uneven. When I tried to tell the lady that there was paint on my cuticle she got very sassy with me and barely even fixed it. I do not recommend.
The nail extensions are cut all different lengths. She messed up my polish and had to redo. They were still messed up. I didn’t even let them dry under the lamp. I paid $45 and left upset. I just went home, removed the polish ashe put on and polished them myself. The worst experience I have ever had at a salon in my entire life.
Customer service was horrendous today. Sign said opens at 9:30 am. Two people got there at 9:50. My wife and I were the first 2 people in buy a third customer who came in after us was picked before me even though she did not have an appointment. Even though I was there for the same service. Never coming back.
I came in for what I thought was a “fill in”… was educated on what type of nails I had been getting, which was not what I thought I was getting! The tech had to soak off my nails that I had and apply new tips for my dip powder nails. They are BEAUTIFUL! He was very gentle never once cut me, nor was there any pain what so ever. He was very pleasant to speak with, explained the process to me. Wish I lived in this area because I would make this my new nail salon! I couldn’t believe the cost! I usually pay 35-40$ for “fill in”… I had new set put on and powder dip and it only cost 55$ WOW! Superb salon.
Have been and taken my daughter a couple of times. The staff is so sweet and they do a thorough, efficient job. Did exactly what we wanted.
Always a great experience! No matter if I’m just getting a simple mannie or peddie or showing them a picture that I want done, they always nail it. I don’t have a favorite mail tech here, they are all great!
