It's not hard to see why we are not happy. This young man is 16 yrs old. He was so struck by the barber's great personality that he didn't want to say anything to hurt his feelings. And then he showed me . . . When we returned to the shop, I asked for the manager. Imagine my surprise when we discovered he was also the person who did this cut. To his credit, he gave no pushback and tried to fix it. I finally took his comb, separated and secured the hair that was to remain long and talked him through the rest. We are on vacation here. I won't leave home without my tools again. This cost his parent $50.

Love this place and love that they take walk-ins! These guys know how to do a great fade!
What's their problem??
I came in with my grandfather, who uses a walker. Four barbers were here and I stood there for over a minute with nobody acknowledging me; I finally had to speak to someone to get a response. My grandfather and I sat down to wait our turn after finding out if we needed to sign in or anything.
Maybe they're ignoring us because they're just focused on giving haircuts, right? Maybe we just don't understand the atmosphere of this shop, right? ... No. The person ahead of us got his turn, fine and good, and then just as one of the barbers finished up, a new customer walked through the door... And the barber approached the customer who had just walked in and offered him service, completely ignoring my grandfather who had been waiting. Seriously, what did we do?? I spoke up and got them to give him his turn.
We did nothing to offend these employees. My only explanations are 1. They have zero customer service training (except they seemed to suddenly remember it when that one customer walked in) or 2. They discriminate against elderly people. Maybe the walker freaked them out. Maybe they were afraid he'd be slow or senile. Maybe they want only cool, young guys in their trendy sports shop. I'm really not sure why my grandfather didn't fit their standards, but he clearly didn't. Don't take a chance with these guys or you might not fit either.
Nice, new place!, looks great inside! Greg is a terrific barber! He knows his stuff!, and takes his time to make sure everything is just right! I would highly recommend the place to everyone!, especially Greg! The prices are reasonable too for what is done!
