The worst manicure I’ve ever received. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in here for a simple gel manicure and needed a soak off of my previous color. Red flag number one was the lady who did my nails didn’t even put a towel down at her station and my fingers were sitting in the nail dust of previous clients. She then proceeded to use a nail grinder to take the gel off my hands instead of a typical soak off with foil. In doing so, she completely mutilated my cuticles to where they were bleeding and then she wiped them down with rubbing alcohol which was excruciating.
She asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said no and to only shape them. She then proceeded to cut and file them anyways and now my nails are so short it hurts to button my jeans. She then proceeded to cut my cuticles even more after they had already been ripped to shreds with the grinder. She did two coats of color and when I asked her for a third because I could still see the brush marks from the second coat she got really annoyed.
By the time she was done there was polish all over the sides and tips of my fingers and the whole thing was a complete mess. When I was waiting for my card to go through, I was looking at the job she did and she told me to stop looking at them - like what?! What I was expecting to be 45 minutes to an hour only ended up being 25 because of how rushed it was. My cuticles are now infected and I look like Juni Cortez from Spy Kids walking around with bandaids on 5 of my 10 fingers. I will never be returning to this establishment. Photos are 2 days after I went.
Went to get a full set a week ago today, December 14th paid $75 for a French tip, which i thought was ridiculous. I was charged an additional $5 due to desired nail shape, which wasn’t achieved. Here we are a week later, one nail fell off like a press-on and as seen in image all nails are lifting. Never go here!
Ask for Amanda this is like almost a week old y'all! She took her time and was so sweet she's my new nail tech in Richmond can't wait to see her again!! Xoxoxo
Amanda did a great job considering I just told her the colors I wanted with a design of her choice and to add some bling.
Great experience, walked in 30 minutes till close hoping they would take me and my long crusty toe nails. Not only did they fix them up, but they gave me the most precise, in depth manicure I’ve ever had. She really took her time and perfected my feet. Thank you!! Will definitely be back and recommend to friends!
I would not even give this place one star. I walked in and it was overly crowded with 3 rows of manicure tables and a row for pedicures. I had to literally squeeze behind people to get to the sink, to the table and the register. Their prices are ridiculously expensive as well. I asked for a fill and a color change and my bill ended out to be a couple dollars short of $40. Normally I pay around $23-25, I would hate to see what a pedicure or simply just a new set would cost! Not to mention, the lady who did my nails did a horrible job!! I will never go back.
Affordable pedi. They are only $30! They did a good job and the staff was nice. The massage almost put me to sleep. I like that their staff actually talks to you during your service. So many places I go to the staff talks to each other instead of the client they are servicing.
On sept 27th had drs appt at willow lawn and arrived too early. Dropped in red nails for pedicure only because didn’t think there was time for manicure also. Tina, who had started pedicure had the nail tech to do manicure at the same time. Was very pleased with both and pedicure was one of the best I had ever had. Will definitely return to them in the future.
