I shop here often but lately I feel like they may be over charging and some of their Makeup products made my skin break out in hives which has never happened I’ll still continue to shop here but they need to check their inventory on expiration dates

Good customer service, every time I walk in they greet me an ask do I need help. Everyone in the store is helpful. No one is rude how other May say. Those who say was just having a ruff day before they came in store. Been coming to the store since it became MiMis an know one has never been rude. They have been helpful.
Very rude! I like when it was FOODLAND! I been coming here since day one and the owner was super sweet spoke everytime we came in! Now since her business is blowing up she has been very rude! Doesn’t even speak when you walk in anymore. I will definitely shop at jlos she will not get my money nomore! Humble yourself sweetheart. It can all get taken away in SECONDS!!
I would give this review a 1 but then I need to remember not everyone there is horrible. I went in to purchase a braided wig. I specified to the woman front desk do they have a number one in that wig she said yes. She went to the back brought out the wig said it was a number one baby and immediately put in the bag. I paid for the wig. But when I got in the car something told me too look at the package. She turnt the package in a way the color of the wig was faces on the inside of the bag when I pulled it out and look it was a 1b. I went back in to tell her this is the wrong color I asked for a 1 she did not apologize or say nothing she just refunded me my money. That was a snake move. She is front desk lady who is short with straight long hair BUT beside that incident everyone else is very nice helpful and HONEST. Moving forward don't deceive your customers to make a buck thank you.
The lady tried to overcharge me by $94 yesterday. AND I MADE HER REFUND THE WHOLE PURCHASE. This is the third time she has tried this. She loves to group your items together. If you have (5) items for $1.50 and (2) for $1 she will charge you for (9) items for $1.50. She charges you for item you don't even have???? WATCH YOUR RECEIPT???? I shopped at that store every week sometimes multiple times a week and now I never go back????????????
