This beauty supply store is way too expensive to be in the heart of Detroit by Wayne State it's hard enough these kids are spending a lot of money for school but you want to charge them a lot for hair products that's not right if you're in that area that means it needs to be reasonable for the school students lower your prices for a can of oil sheen it is outrageous I couldn't visit the store again in good conscious let my daughter or any of her friends come here because of the simple fact is it's way too expensive it's not mommy and daddy's money they're spending it's their money they're spending lower the prices

nice people but they never have anything in stock. if you need to make a quick trip to get soemthing do not go here it’s a waste of time everytime

They where following me around behind the counter like I was going to steal, had minimal respect for the black people they are making they money off of.

It's sad that we give millions to these ppl but can't shop in their establishments and receive kindness and respect. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They think they can treat black women any kind of way and they will still make money. Spend your money elsewhere where you are valuable, respected and appreciated.

I have spent so much money in here over the years. That doesn't seem to matter to this business. Was treated like a dirty dog in here today. Terrible customer service. These Asian ppl livelihood depend upon us black women and have have ZERO respect.

Only beauty supply in the area so they treat you terribly knowing ppl have to go far without them. But I'll gladly go out of my way. Overpriced. Mean, non helpful staff.
