Went in today to have 4 nails
fixed due to having them done 3 days ago and 1 already broke and the other 3
lifting a ton which is not normal
for me as i am usually pretty gentle on my nails. When i went in today they said they would fix them no problem which was great but they asked me what number was the color I used, I couldn’t remember exactly. After they started on my broken nails they realized they were not exactly the shade of pink that i already had. Instead of finding the right shade or painting the others to match she said well it’s close enough for now!!! I’m sorry but for someone who spends $80 after tip on my nails i want them to all look the same and not break or lift within 4 days. They are friendly but i don’t come for friends i come

I’ve been going to them for awhile and thought maybe I am just expecting too much but after going to a personal nail tech and seeing my nails can last more than a week this place isn’t worth it. I had my nails done for my birthday on the 10th of February and they already lifted off and it hasn’t even been a week and a half… it’s not the first time either. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I’m just overall disappointed.. not to mention when I wanted design on all nails it was $70. when I declined and said just two nails it was still $65. not to mention i’ve been coming for YEARS. As a loyal, former customer AND someone in the cosmetics industry.. I will not be coming back
Normally they do a great job but this time I asked for a pedicure service all I got was painted toes not a full service and then end up paying 92$
I've been getting my nails done for 37 years. This place was the worst in All my years. Got my nails done 12-29-20 on 12-31-20 lost 2 nails one on each hand. My cuticles were cut with drill, paid Xtra to trim Cuticles. Sorry Tammy you need lots Of Practice. Enter at your own Risk. ALSO, No liners used for Pedicures, came back to Phoenix with toe fungus. Sooo

I went on a Thursday morning and I was immediately sat down at the pedicure station. There is NO liner used on the pedicure bowl (ugh). The pedicure was sub-par but unfortunately with the lack of good salons in Milton/Pace this was to be expected. It was a basic pedicure with a $5 up charge to remove the callus from my heels. I also got an overlay done on my nails with one nail replacement. They use the drill to trim down your cuticles, but at least the girl that did it was tender. My nails came out cute. So my issue was when it was time to pay... $70 for a fill and basic pedicure. When I inquired as to why the price she was quoting me doesn’t match the menu she started getting frustrated. And then after she and another gentleman condescendingly explained the price ($30 for the pedicure... $25 basic plus $5 callus removal and $30 for the fill and $5 fix broken nail) and I explained that was only $65 not $70; why the extra $5? And why is the prices listed on the menu not the charges I was paying? Nothing, just met with more attitude and rude behavior.
Customer service is trash and the work is sub-par. Go at your our risk.
