Yesterday There was a long wait time due to only 2 employees. We was told a 40 min wait ,which turned into a hour thirty minutes. One lady was sarcastically rude to my Mother in law and I asking personal questions and making snark remarks to her about about her son relationship with her also it was a rush on our nails after the long wait time. The lady even told my partner he plays a lot and yells Bye after paying and to leave. I really do not appreciate the experience that this nail shop has given. Price are why to high for low quality work, and rudeness for the lady.
Terrible! I had my nails dipped yesterday. When done I told the lady they weren't smooth and something was wrong and she argued with me, told me they were dry and to wash my hands. I washed and looked at them and they were horrible! I then showed the man and he saw what I was talking about and went back and filed them, put another clear coat on them and had me let them dry, again. After a few minutes he told me they were dry and again they were terrible! I had selected a plain dip polish by OPI with no glitter or anything special and it looks as if it has glitter in it. I was told this was the clear top coat of dip-if it is clear why do I see it?? Also, polish and dip on every cuticle around nails. In addition, the sign states dip price is $35.00 and I was charged $47.00. No explanation given of price difference except a $2.00 charge to process a card. I have had my nails done every two weeks for the past 20+ years. Worst nail job I have ever had done. EVER.
Great experience. Very friendly people. Pedicure and massage car was wonderful. The best part is conversation. They make you feel like old friends the first time you meet them. 100% recommend.
I called to see if I can get my nails done. Lady answered the phone and said that I could and the do take walk-ins. Get there 10 minutes later. And when I told the man what I wanted he says… Can you come back we are busy. So I say when? And he says ummm I don’t know. There were literally only 2 people in there. Needless to say I was a very unhappy customer.
I will never go back, Gina is rude & doesn’t take her time to do nails.. She just rushes through her work & doesn’t make sure it’s done right. I just got my nails did yesterday & my gel polish is coming up, like I have a bubble on my nail. It’s not neat at all. The acrylic is on my cuticles. & their prices are too high for low quality work.
i got a white gel manicure and my nails are un-smooth and there is dirt in in the polish. my nails need another layer of polish there was nail polish all over my skin. the store is disgusting and very unsanitary.
i got the acrylic nails and they did not smooth my nails out at all and got polish all over my fingers and my nails look so thick because they didn’t do anything but tip and acrylic. i have dirt in the polish and bubbles all over my nails. i do not recommend this place at all
Went in and got my eyebrows and nails done both were done mediocrely well still had my cuticles painted when I left and they weren’t painted appropriately. $44 was taken out of my card and the next day I went to look and another $44 was taken out. I asked my roommate who I went with if this happened to her and she checked her account and they did the same. I am a college student therefore I don’t have a lot of money and I called the store and they told me it could be up to 3 days until I got my money back and it had something to do with how I swiped my card. Me and my roommate both didn’t swipe our own cards but the lady checking us out did it for us. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional and I will not be back. The store is dirty and needs to be cleaned also. Overall VERY unprofessional.
