My service was rushed. The pedicure should have been better, but the refill of acrylic and cat-eye nail design was awesome????????
The inside was dark. The nail lady had me pay first before she even started painting my nails. She was painting my nails and on one of my nails she messed up and tried to fix it with more than 5 coats of nail polish. Then when she was done painting my nails she turned on the fan and walked to the back for a snack . Came back pressed on the paint ,got up and went to start cleaning. Came back again pressed on them again especially the one she messed up on and told me 2 more mins . Finally came back again pressed on them and told me they are done. I thank her and left. As soon as i got into my car to go to my next destination. I noticed like 4-5 of them were messed up. I contemplated what to do next since i was on a time crunch. I called and asked for refund and offered pictures as proof . They denied me my refund but offered to fix them. I refused remembering the nail tech already tried fixing it and made it worse. I will not be coming back.
I have a good experience each time. The staff are great and listen. I have issues with taking care of my own nails, so I come here. They treat me right each time. They also take care not to hurt me, and I appreciate that since I have multiple foot problems.
Awful experience. A man that said he doesn’t know how to do any designs somehow did my nails last night. He threatened to call the cops on me and made me let him “cut” the nails off before I was allowed to go when I told him the design was wrong. So this is what I am left with and painted the tips on myself.

Awesome service, beautiful results! My technician, Whitney, was very gentle, personable, and professional. The office was clean and welcoming, and had a large variety of colors and options for very reasonable prices. Definitely will come back!
