Avoid this place. I had the worst experience in getting my nails done and customer service here. I went in to get acrylics. They did the nails and I thought they looked like something I could have done at home but didn't say anything. The next day the gel had cracked already. I went back and asked them to fix it. They said come back tomorrow. I did, and asked them to fix it. Instead of redoing the gel which never set, they filed my nails down short enough that it was painful. I told them the chip was still there, as you can see in the photos. They filed it even shorter. I told them that I had asked for acrylics and they switched tactics and told me I was a liar. They said I asked for only gel. I asked to get it fixed and get the acrylics I had originally asked for and they told me it would be an extra $20 on top of the original $40 I spent on the nails in the photos. They refused to redo the nails and give me the service I originally asked for. The photos included are of my nails after they "fixed it" by filing them. As you can see, two of the nails are still chipped and there's polish on the cuticles.
My first review after being a loyal customer to Tracy for 1 year. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about if it's miscommunication by the client. I moved from Orlando 2 years ago. I had another nail tech that I went too for 10 years. Loyal * I moved and driving 1 hour to him was getting difficult. I browsed near me and I found tracy. She did my nails from the first time I told her. The way I like them ..I haven't been disappointed, if I dislike something I tell her and she will make it better. Theresa is great too . Awesome customer service..please speak up if you don't approve of something they do.(.They don't read minds. )I will keep coming here because the nails last 1 month! So enough said. Love this place ❤️ please rethink the reviews.
This is the worst place to go. Henry put the sns power on 1st and then put the white power on top. I went there on sat 6/25/22 and my nail broke on Monday 6/27/22. I told Henry he was doing it wrong and he said" he do it different". I have lumps in my nails. Don't waste your $50.. I would NOT recommend this place.

He made my thumbnail much shorter than the others and put excess acrylic on it, the natural nail was visible from the sides. Horrible. They do NOT know how to do nails. And it costs $50.00
Although the language difficulties, the technician did exactly what I asked for. No extra charges or anything else. Now days, they charge you basic price n so many extras that a good pedicure that used to be $25 ends up $50.
Good job I guess, but 15$ for gel lacre here -_- made for a 40$ fill... (pic is one week after) ---- they have temperature ("mood") change colors so I def love the versatility in colors atleast!
I was in town for a birthday celebration and needed a manicure and pedicure for my husband. Called and made an appointment and they accepted us. Very nice technicians and job done very professionally. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Kate & Tracey!!????
