My mother got her nails done regularly, and when we got home we noticed her nails were smudged and messed up. We later called to talk to the manager about what had happened hoping that they would make sure it would never happen again to anybody else. However, the lady who talked to us told my mom “you should be careful and that is why you should’ve gotten acrylics. No matter if you got acrylics or not, it’s expected that our nails would be done well since that is what we paid for. In the photo below, you can see that her thumb and pointer finger was smudged.
I’ve been going to nail country and tan for many years, and they never disappoint! Nikki is amazing as well. She listens, always does a great job, and gets to know her customers. The staff is kind, personable, and always trying their best to accommodate me and my schedule. I’ve recommended this place to many people and they’ve been returning customers who love this place as much as myself!
I've been going to Nail Country for 15 years now. I absolutely love it. Shawn ,Lynn and Bruce Are amazing however, I love Nikkie she is my girl and she is always Great! Can't forget Amy the one that runs it all she is a Blessing. Wouldn't go anywhere else.❤️
I have been a customer of Nail Country for 9 years now. The staff is amazing, attentive and so friendly!! The salon is clean and well kept. The nail art is always on point. What I really like is they don’t try to sell you on all the “upgrades”. You tell them what you want and that’s what you get. It’s the only place I will go and we have so many laughs and it’s always a wonderful experience!!!
The girl who did my brows said very little to me, was very rushed. She dripped wax into my hair which she CUT OUT and I still had wax in my hair when I left the place, she put a moisturizer on me that burned (visibly) and she didn’t trim my brows at all!!! Now I have an uneven hairline on my right side and she took off the entire tail of my right brow, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to say anything because she shoved the mirror in my face and then after shortly asking if I liked it kept repeating “it will be 20$” and forwent all formalities, not even so much as “goodbye” or “have a nice night”
I have yet to find a good nail place here in lithia. They had 5 technicians available on the day I went . I needed a pedicure and gel paint and my finger nails just polished with gel. The polish was tacky and never dried I questioned this when I left and they said no worry . They cut my toe nail too short and made my cuticle bleed . I was there almost two hours not because they were doing my nails but because they’re were talking amongst themselves. I was charged 80.00 and I always tip well so I paid 110.00 I wish I would have went back to complain but I did not have time. Needless to say the polish never dried so I ended off raking it off myself!
I've been here twice now, and had a pedicure twice as well as my eye brows waxed. I took my husband for his first pedicure for his birthday. I even brought my daughter. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet. The sevice was prompt and a great experience all-around!!! We will be back! Kudos to Nikki!!
LOVE this place! Awesome pedicures that last! They're also very reasonable.
