I walked in without an appointment this morning and was able to get a mani pedi right away. By the time I finished walk-Ins had to wait about 30 minutes. The guy who treated me did a great job. My nails are smooth, unlike what has happened elsewhere. I'll be back.

I have no words. I haven’t done my nails in a year and the work I got was sloppy and not at all how I wanted them. Not only the color but, the shaping. Hardly filed. The attempt at making them square was nonexistent. Save your money and go somewhere else ! Paid $50 to now just buy press on nails so I don’t look a hot mess at a wedding. Pictures are what I asked for vs what I got.
My acrylic nail fell off in less then 24hrs, the gel polish has started peeling and it's only been two days. I've only exposed these nails to air. I haven't even washed dishes since I got them.They also damaged my nail while scraping the old acrylic off using a nail
I've never been charged $51 for a REFILL ($1 fee if you pay with a credit card), let alone one that didn't even last three days!!
They don't clean nails, cut cuticles, they only added two nails because the rest of my nails were pretty long, they can barely speak English or be bothered. I only wish they had been as rude to me as they have been to other customers. I'd have gone off.
Avoid this place at all costs. Walked in and saw Amy. Very nice lady but her work did not hold up. I got a dip manicure and the top coat came off the next day. Then, the entire nail came off on my thumb two days later. I went in to have it replaced and it broke the minute I got home. I stated that I wasn’t happy with the top coat as it was chipping already and was told it would be $15 to simply polish a different coat on top.
UPDATE: I went back to fix the second nail that broke and the woman stopped fixing my nail to talk on FaceTime. I asked her if she could just finish my nail and she just stared at me. When fixing the broken nail, she filed away one layer and begun packing more powder on and the nail is so thick and uneven. I spent $50 after tip and this set was not worth the hassle.
I want to leave my complaint and experience. Today I entered this site for the first time to get a pedicure and manicure, they told me if they had time and they assigned a man who works, from the beginning I saw that I had flu symptoms but I had a mask and I continued there, when I saw that he started to work he did it because he started doing it on top of it and the work was not going well, from one moment to the next I saw how he was falling asleep, I told him if he felt fine, that's how he only apologized and with a lot of effort I finished fixing my feet but it took a while because he fell asleep, when he started with his hands the same thing happened and I stood up and said that I didn't want to continue, I asked to speak with the manager and nobody answered me, only 2 colleagues who of course defended him. They wanted to charge me as if he had finished the job and he just filed my hands. The truth is that it is a lack of professionalism to attend to people like this, additionally, he did not take the time to clean the things with which he was going to work, I hope I have not received an infection on my feet due to the lack of cleanliness. In the end I don't know what to pay because nothing they did was good.
