Went today for the first time. The staff was normally friendly. The salon was clean. The stylist that did my pedicure was a lady and she did a great job. My nails however were done by a man. I'm not satisfied with them at all. The paint job looks like something I could've done myself. Hopefully they don't break. I will provide a 2wk update.
Price for basic pedicure $28 the usually. What I don't like and it makes me uncomfortable when they talk in their language as if you are not there and also if you don't give tip their facial expression changes. I was observing the interaction with another client. My experience was without problems. Would I go back not sure.... I like to go to a different salon for the experience. Massage those aching feet seems to be limited by the cost of your pedicure. The guy next to me was half asleep... Ah, can imagine how those feet must of felt after reflexology. I settle for the budget conscious free of charge back massage, lol. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable.
Thank you Lisa for taking care of my nails. I really appreciate it due to some nails salon do not listen to the client regarding how they like to see their nails after they pay their hard earn money but you did and I am totally satisfied and you have a new customer!
Do not go to Tim . He is rude. My nahe place a new nail . It was twisted and he argue and refuse to fix it. Very combatitive
I have been going here for 3 years and I have all had problems with the way my nails are done because they rounded one side of my nail and then sharped the other side so that made me very mad. But I am very satisfied with my pedicure. There are only two that are they way I did not ask for along with the fact that I asked for long they gave me short.
I know as a man that works with his hands my nails and cuticles aren’t the best kept by the time I make it to get a manicure. And I’m getting the basic just need them shaped presentable but the my nail Tech was just bad she showed no interest in giving me quality service she never asked what my concerns were with my nails just did what she thought I needed. Ask for the basic manicure cause I don’t need a rub down or a hand massage but i I’ll pay 2 times the price in tips if they are done how I need them to be. I need my cuticles all they excess taken off and them to be straight and presentable. Terrible Tech, terrible service and horrible communication
Not happy at all! My nails are supposed to be white, they are pink! None of my nails are the same shape, I asked for almond shaped! I will not be back! On top of that, the lady didn't even talk to me, I had to tell her I wanted them cut down and the shape.
I took my daughter and her BF to get there nails done. They both had pictures of what they wanted. They done their nails way to long even after we told them numerous of times to cut them shorter. They had an attitude about it which was weird because I’m the one paying for their nails to be done. Every time we told them something instead of saying something to me they started speaking to each other in their language. They never directly spoke to me. She cut my daughters finger on the side, a very deep cut and never said anything. They acted like they didn’t care and kept working like it was nothing. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone!!!! I also noticed when people came in they were short and rude to them as well. Why?!? I understand everyone has a bad day, but the over all experience was not good!! When you run a business customer service is the key. The customer is paying for what they want, not what you want for them!!!!
