*Update: Still great service and people. It looks like they have highered more techs, so service time has improved! New service menus, price has raised a bit but so has everything.

Every time I visit the salon it has been an excellent experience. Landy has always been exceptional in both pedicures and acrylic nails. The salon is always friendly and I highly recommend the Nail Spa.

Sent my girls there for a pedicure last weekend and they came home with toenail polish on the skin around their toes! They both came home disappointed saying that they felt like they weren't treated with respect, quick nail job... like they were just kids, so it didn't matter. Makes me wonder if mama had been there, if the service would have been better.

Only two women there do acrylics correctly. The others do not. They don't even take care of your cuticles! You will have dents where they didn't smooth out the acrylic so your nail looks bulky. And if you want something other then square and you end up with the kids good luck. They don't know their shapes.

I had a lovely experience at Nail Spa, my technician did a superb job and was kind as well as personable. Will return!
