Quick Facts About Nails Club

Nails Club Place has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers, which provide insights into its strengths and weaknesses. In order to analyze these, we will discuss different aspects of the nail salon, including cleanliness, service quality, nail polish quality, pricing, customer service, and overall experience.
Starting with the negative feedback, the cleanliness of Nails Club Place is consistently questioned by multiple customers. One customer mentioned that the tools were not properly cleaned, leading to negative health consequences such as foot fungus and warts. Another customer complained about the dirty fingernails of a manicurist and their clumsiness with the tools, resulting in a less-than-pleasant experience.
Service quality is another area that has received criticism. Customers have mentioned rushed and painful manicures, with one customer even having their cuticles pulled off. The inconsistency in following customer preferences, like the shape of nails, has also been mentioned by one reviewer. Additionally, a customer complained about a pedicure being too rough and uncomfortable due to the temperature of water and the intensity of the massage.
The quality of nail polish, particularly for gel manicures, has also been identified as a weakness. Multiple customers mentioned that the nail polish chipped within a day or two after getting the manicure. One customer also experienced skin burning due to the excessive use of acetone during the gel removal process.
Price has been mentioned by one reviewer who felt that the manicure and pedicure they received for $40 plus tip was not worth it. This suggests that the pricing may be considered high for the quality of services provided.
In terms of customer service, there are both positive and negative comments. One reviewer appreciated the accommodating nature of the staff and mentioned that there is rarely a wait. Another customer praised a specific manicurist, David, for his fast and efficient service. On the other hand, there are complaints about the attitude of some staff members, including frustration and lack of cooperation.
The overall experience at Nails Club Place seems to be a mixed bag. While some customers have praised the quality of their pedicures and the relaxing ambiance of the salon, others have had negative experiences due to rushed services, painful treatments, and poor customer service.
Overall, the strengths of Nails Club Place can be identified as having accommodating staff, a relaxing atmosphere, and good basic services like pedicures. However, the weaknesses are evident in the cleanliness of the salon, inconsistent service quality, low-quality nail polish, and some negative customer service experiences. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve customer satisfaction and prevent any potential health risks.

UPDATE - it's been a month since my pedicure and this is a full blown foot fungas. I have been treating it and it's not going away. My feet are permanently scared and still breaking out. This has been the worst experience and painful process of trying to get rid of the fungus this place gave me. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH.
They aren't cleaning their tools, after getting a pedicure my toes were burning and swollen for a week straight and now I have a wart (for the first time in my life) and my skin has come off. On top of the damage to my body the experience was terrible. I waited over an hour and was rushed out in 15 min. They were short staffed and very busy so I assume the didn't properly clean the tools. I plan to go back and speak to someone about the health risk this is.
I paid $40+tip for a Manicure + Pedicure.
I don't think it was worth with. I did not get gel but the quality nail polish in general should not be so low it's chips within a day.
Pedicure was okay, it included some buffing.
The manicure was very rushed. She painted each nail and as soon as she got to last digit she went to the first for the second coat.
The worst part that dropped the score to 2 stars was that she was rushing so much during the manicure my cuticles were being pulled off. Normal they should use the clippers, completely clip then move on. Unfortunately this person squeezed the clippers but not fully, resulting in a horrible job and painful manicure.
Not the cleanest nor nicest nail salon. Female manicurist had very dirty fingernails and an attitude and was clumsy with the nail clippers and emory board and several times stung me with the misplacement of the board; and, was only begrudgingly cooperative with my request for a simple manicure short and rounded. She required repeated direction and preferred doing square nails despite my friendly stated request for short and round. On the positive side, she did an excellent hand massage which was better than average.
Ultimately, the manicure was pretty decent actually which I was thankful for but the attitude of this shop is that the customer is there to serve them (not the other way around) by purchasing expensive services in order to win their approval and cooperation. Owner would be well served to recognize that repeat business is built on a service oriented approach delivered with graciousness, humility and respect.
I have been here several times and pedicures are okay but nail polish quality especially for gel is terrible. Your gel manicure will chip of within two days. Ten days ago I came in to remove my gel manicure I got in Greece and get another manicure. The lady was very frustrated with the fact that my gel would not be easily removed, soaked my hand in acetone for like ten minutes which burned my skin, then ripped my cuticles apart to the extend that my finger got infected a few days later from a cuticle she left inside. I saw how bad her work was and asked her to not paint my nails. Will never return here again. It is such a pity cause I live only five min away and had been a customer for a while despite the terrible nail polishes
Horrible. The girl giving me the pedicure had the water scolding hot or freezing cold. She massaged way to hard, the gel she had my foot soak in was so hot my feet burned, i told the other girl who was obviously training her but she didnt care she was going to have her do my nails to i said absolutely not and asked for david who has good reviews. He was in a hurry and you can tell my nails are hideous and i just got them done two days ago. I gave a $20 tip just cause i wanted to get out of there and didnt want to wait on change so becauae of that i hope when i call to complain tomorrow theyll atleast have good customer service and fix it since i paid $100 plus the tip, if they do ill raise the rating cause atleast theyll fix it when they mess up
Best pedicure I've had in years! Seriously. Moon really put care into it... I got the paraffin hot stone pedicure for $35, and it was fantastic. My feet feel so soft and pampered. I'm only coming here from now on!
It's my favorite local spot as they're always so accommodating. They do a great job with the basics here and there's rarely a wait when I go.
David is awesome and fast! I really appreciate him and he always finds a way to fit me in his schedule when I call last minute. Also this place is beautiful and relaxing!
