I have been coming to see Lily for more than 2 years and I absolutely love her! She’s always very nice, she is quick, and she is meticulous about her art. I always get an overlay on my nails she will let me know when it’s time to soak off the old acrylic to apply a new layer. I trust her so much! My nails last about 3 weeks every time!

Some tips you should know:

1. When you call know what you want. Ex. “I was wondering if I could come in at 11am for a fill and pedicure”. She is the only nail tech, but she will ask if anyone can do your feet.

2. The preference is cash payment, there is an option to pay by card but there is an additional cost.

3. If you are running late for an appointment call her and let her know, because if she gets a walk-in you’ll be waiting, remember she is the only nail tech. The time she gives you is her calculating her current client list plus the likelihood of a walk in… I am NEVER late and I NEVER wait.

4. I love my eyebrows when she does them! - Not a tip but a suggestion ????

5. Oh last thing- appointments are Mon-Thurs only because the weekend is where she capitalizes on walk in clients.

Lily is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming, and serene. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here; they have excellent customer service and give honest advice on what is best for your nails. They put the customer first, and have competitive prices as well flexibility with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this business, who is search for a honest, reliable and friendly nail salon. The designs are always beautiful, and they welcome pictures of a design to cater to the customers request. This business is nothing short of amazing!????

I stumbled across Salon Obsession while driving to another salon. I have been looking for a new salon over 2 months. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Chris did my dip and pedicure, amazing work. Lilly did my nail design and eye brow tint. I look so good:).., This salon experience is one of the best I’ve ever had, This is what a day at the spa should feel like. The salon is beautiful. The service was impeccable. I walked in to get a gel mani. Chris did my nails today. Amazing manicure. He was gentle, did great on my cut down. I had his pick my color and he did good.

Then he hand massage at the end felt great.

I am a very loyal customer. If your good, of quality, and professional you have my money and a referral from me. But lee lee, the woman tech who sits in the front to the right is beyond unprofessional, rude, and curt. Not to mention unable to receive feedback from client. I encourage you to run, because she is NOT worth wasting your time, which is a valuable commodity. Despite what she think. Be WARNED I was told to come at a specific time, I arrive and she is working on another client for 45 min, only to then meddle around the shop for another 5-10min, then takes another client for a waxing. I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism. Ladies I know we get in a pinch sometimes, but spend your money with a tech, who value you, your time, And your money. She is NOT one of them! I have used her about 2 times, but today was my last time as her client.

Picky pickerton here. Lol, Jesus, FINALLLLLLLLY! Chris, you’re a major blessing! I have found my new nail spot. I swear it’s so hard to find a good nail tech in this area. Nevertheless, got dang it I found him. Y’all, when I say Chris is IT! It’s like they new I was the most complaining/picky person ever and placed him in my path so that I would have NOTHING to complain about.

Lol, walked in and was immediately seated, asked if my water was ok, he sanitized the tools, he was meticulous!!! ???????? I was like I’m in freaking love! Usually halfway through a pedicure I have to say something… I said not one word during the whole pedi… I felt so well cared for I actually started to fall asleep…

Same with my mani, same detailed precision and greatness!

Also, he wasn’t chatty, which I actually love! If you do an amazing job you don’t have to say anything to me! LMAO he was PERFECT! I have zero complaints, all praise. S/O to Chris, sir, you are a real one. ???????? Like I am fully enthralled with his work.

Only complaint they’re cash “only” so if you use your card there is a $5 fee.

If you come in as a walk in, you will walk out as a lifetime client as I did over 3 years ago! Lilly never disappoints with the designs and creativity.

I moved to Charles County and drove around to find a nail shop. I walked in and Met Ms Lilly....when I say she have the greatest customer service and her art work and creative eye is very awesome. Thank You for such a great experience. I will be back every two weeks....Thanks for getting me ready for my trip to Montego Bay ✈️????❤️✈️
