I WENT TODAY, AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, I GOT MY HAIR, EYEBROWS, NAILS, PEDICURE AND I MY 3 DAUGHTERS WENT AS WELL AND THEY GOT MANICURE AND FULL SET AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATHY'S EXCELLENT NAILS AND SPA
Highly recommend using this salon. The staff is super accommodating, and professional. One of the best experiences. The quality and detail provided by staff is superior in comparison to most. Once you try this salon you won't go anywhere else.
Great service! Very clean salon, friendly staff and I loved my nails! Liu did my nails, she was great and super detail oriented. She was also very knowledgeable about the different nail services offered. Overall great experience.
I posted a bad review previously and for that I apologize. I should have expressed my dissatisfaction immediately. Since I posted that review Kathy has gone over and above to fix the situation. I was over zealous in the beginning, however my position has changed. I LOVE the salon. The girls who assisted me were very nice. I'm trying to find a salon for all of my needs and I pray Kathy's is it. Kathy I apologize for not communicating effectively and pray we can start over and hopefully have a long lasting relationship. As a new business I don't want to hinder your growth in anyway. Thank you.
I decided to walk in today, never had heard of this place before! Just needed an emergency manicure and pedicure. Kenia did the BEST pedicure I have had in over 10 years! The rest of the staff were super friendly, welcoming and although the place is small, they make you feel like family. Remarkable experience for such a small place!

Do NOT recommend. I first heard about this place through an ad in Groupon. I called and was amazed that I was given an appointment for 30 minutes later. I showed up on time. When it came down to pay, I showed the ad from Groupon and was advised that I was unable to use it. When I requested a reasoning I was advised that it is only valid for first time clients which I clearly was as evidenced by the fact that I had to be guided to the area where I was to wash hands and the color wall to choose a color. I proceeded to explain that it in fact was my first time at which point the nail tech advised that I can not use the Groupon and would need to cancel or get my money back and go to another salon. When I requested to speak with the manager, she was rude and argumentative providing no real reasoning. For instance she said she had put my appointment for regular price in the system and can not change it now because the system won’t allow it. I asked if as a manager she could just put it in the system like I cancelled the appointment or never showed and complete a new ticket which she adamantly denied without explanation. When I asked what other location I could use the Groupon as the nail tech had advised she said that there are other nail places around the area which I had taken to mean that they had other locations where the Groupon would be valid. This was not the case as this turns out to be their only location so in other words she was instead directing me to go elsewhere. In order to de-escalate the unprofessional environment the manager was creating in front of the other two clients, I elected to pay full price. Despite it all, the only explanation I received ultimately is that I needed to have told the lady that was doing my nails that it was for a Groupon because she would have done less work and used inferior products as they only use the Groupon to bring in customers but their prices are set and they had already done a regular full price service on me where had they known they would have used the inferior products and taken less time. The manager then went on to say that the nail tech only makes $9 from a Groupon order and she won’t pay her the difference. Needless to say I paid full price, but I would not recommend this place as this is a bait and switch location that pays their workers poorly.

Horrible experience. It took 6 hours for that lady who was helping me to finish helping me and NONE of the people there speaks ENGLISH!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
You know, I was gonna post this review last year but I felt bad for your employee. And I'm not the only one who said your employees who does not speak simple ENGLISH.. and yes it TOOK HER 6 HOURS!!! NOT EXAGGERATING. SHE KEPT WORKING ON MY NAILS BUT TEXTING AND TALKING ON HER PHONE WHILE WORKING!
You should PROBABLY HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY AN EXPERIENCED NAIL TECH AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. ALSO, NO ONE GREETED ME WHEN I GOT THERE, AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, AND YOUR EMPLOYEES JUST STAND THERE AND TALKING IN SPANISH TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO'S GOING TO HELP ME. While a Spanish speaker Customer came in and she was taken care of RIGHT AWAY!!! ALSO, LAST TIME I CHECK WE ARE IN AMERICA, NON-SPANISH SPEAKER SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME WAY YOU TREAT YOUR PEOPLE!
