This can be seen as a strength for the salon, as it allows customers to easily access their services without having to travel far. 4. Skill and expertise: Customers praise specific nail technicians, such as Vicki, for their skill in providing excellent manicures and pedicures. They mention that Vicki does great hombre gel acrylics and that they are satisfied with her work. Weaknesses:
1. Poor customer service: One customer had a negative experience with a male employee at Nails@Narrows. The employee displayed rude behavior, raised his voice, and argued with another employee in front of customers. This type of behavior can create an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for customers. It is important for the salon to address this issue and ensure that all employees provide professional and respectful service.
2. Inconsistent service quality: While many customers express their satisfaction with the nail services at Nails@Narrows, there are also a few negative comments about the quality of the service. One customer mentions that their nails ended up being different shapes and that there was excessive acrylic under their nails. This suggests that there may be some inconsistency in the skills or attention to detail among the nail technicians at the salon.
3. Long wait times: One customer complains about having to wait for almost 50 minutes for their appointment. This indicates that the salon may have issues with managing their appointments and ensuring timely service. Long wait times can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among customers, and may deter them from returning to the salon in the future.
Conclusion:
Overall, Nails@Narrows has several strengths, such as high customer satisfaction, convenience, a positive atmosphere, and skilled nail technicians. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, including poor customer service, inconsistent service quality, and long wait times. To improve, the salon should focus on training their staff in providing excellent customer service, ensuring consistency in service quality, and implementing effective appointment scheduling to reduce wait times. By addressing these weaknesses, Nails@Narrows can enhance the overall customer experience and increase customer loyalty.

My regular nail salon was slam packed so I got my nails and toes done at Narrows Nails almost three weeks ago and the sweetest lady did dip powder on my natural nails and pedicure on my toes. My nails looked great and they still do, it just time to get them done again. My nails grow pretty fast so I need a manicure with dip powder every 3 weeks. I’m very picky about my nails and she did exactly what I asked and I really enjoyed talking to her. I enjoyed my pedicure too. So, overall I had a fabulous experience and I can proudly say I am a client at Nails Narrow. Btw, this salon is so close to my house so it’s very convenient. It’s a winning situation all the way around. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
Vicki does great hombre gel acrylics! My nails look amazing & easily last 2 weeks even tho I am quite rough on them!
I have had an awesome experience every time. The people are so sweet. They even gave me a Christmas present. (lotion that i use every day) I love them!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I arrived at 5:50 and they close at 7:00. There were 3 customers there when I walked in. 2 young ladies in high school were getting manicures and another lady was getting a pedicure. There was a female doing the manicures and a male doing the pedicure. I was told to pick a color and sit in chair 3. I was chatting with the other customers and we were having a nice conversation. The female employee came and started my water after about 10 minutes. The male employee said something to her. I do not pretend to know what he said, but you could tell by his tone he was not happy. He was also raising his voice. The other ladies and I were just looking at one another wondering what the heck was going on. It was a very awkward situation. He went on for some time speaking to the female employee. I asked if I needed to come back another time. In a very rude manner, he then said you don’t know what I said to her. I told him I did not but I could tell by his tone and his raised voice that it didn’t sound as if he wanted me there. He continued with his rude tone and said he told the female employee he wasn’t going to do my pedicure because he was leaving and that it was none of my business what he said to her. I got out of the chair and put my shoes on so I could leave. The woman who was getting the pedicure actually told him that he was scaring her. I did tell him that this was my first time there and I would tell everyone I knew not to use them. He then said bye see you later. I politely told him no you will not. I did tell the customers to have a nice day and walked out. The way he talked to me was rude, not to mention inappropriate and unprovoked. I know they are new owners, but I cannot imagine that they will stay in business long if they treat others like this.
Went here tonight to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend and could not be happier! Very welcoming environment, good conversation, and treated my nails well. I will definitely be going back in two weeks!!
If I could leave zero stars- I would. In complete disbelief at the experience I had here today & taken back on how the man thought it was okay to talk to his wife & myself.
Sharing b/c getting your nails done should be a relaxing environment & nobody deserves to be yelled at while working.
-Took my daughter in to get her nails done for her 9th birthday. Great initial impression. Then a man (husband to the lady doing her nails) yelled at the woman working on my daughters manicure about her talking to him while giving him the telephone. He continued to gripe at the woman and even tell his client what he was saying in their language about how his wife “pisses him off.” The sweet lady doing my daughters manicure was trying to keep it minimal but he kept on and kept on. So I asked her to ask him to stop until she got finished with my daughters manicure & then he turned around and said it didn’t have anything to do with me and he didn’t have to stop. Needless to say I asked the lady to stop my daughters manicure, we left, & will not be back.
A great place. Always satisfied with
Vicky’s manicure and pedicure.
Very relaxing and nice.
This is by far the worst nail salon in town! After waiting 47 minutes for “Vicki” to show up to do my full set, after she casually strolled in and finally started, she was beyond rude! I showed her a picture (classic coffin-nude color) she started out with an incredibly long length after the first cut, when asked if she could go a little shorter…she went just above my finger tip. While she kept pulling my arms closer to her the entire time, my arms are only so long! Half of my nails are all different shapes! There’s more acrylic under my nails and on my actual finger than there is on my actual nail. The older woman who was cleaning up was the nicest person there! This place is not worth the wait nor the money.
