This was probably the best place I have ever been to. They have great costumer service, and are super nice people! I love these nails!! I had been wanting to get nails like these for forever, and my friend had recommended this place. I am so glad she did to! I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly!! Would 100% recommend this place! I will for sure be coming back especially with Christmas coming up!
Andrew and his wife were so kind to take me for manicure and pedicure the very lat minute without an appointment. One of the best experiences getting my nails done. Great job and overall professional experience. I am coming back with my daughter. Glad to find a family owned business that cares for each customer with a personal attention and skills. The owner is an amazing lady who tries her absolute best to make sure everyone is satisfied with the services they provide at the shop. I got my eyebrows waxed from here multiple times & after every time she will ask if there is any spots I would like her to do more on it. Little things like that go a long way for me & makes me appreciate the extra level of care they all have over there. They care about making sure you’re happy with the experience 5/5!

This is the best nail place I've ever been to. Andrew and his wife have really built a business that prides itself on building relationships with their customers. I called in a panic after a bad experience at another nail salon and just by their customer service over the phone convinced me that I would love this place. Andrew was beyond great during my visit and my nails have held up- I'll definitely be back.
We booked an appointment for 2 at a certain hour. we had to wait 50 minutes to be taken because they over booked themselves. After 50 minutes we were seated ( mind you we made the appointments at 9am stating they could take us at 1pm. So we sat- we sat another 25 min before someone came to remove our gel no chip/dip. we sat another 10 min letting that soak. We picked our colors. both a young gentlemen( looked early 20’s) and a lady started our nails. took them an hour to complete a gel no chip set for my friend and a gel no chip set for myself. I picked a marble color that was advertised in their nail color selection. he started on my one ring finger nail to make it marble- and he couldn’t recreate the color or look of what they had advertised on the nail color loop. I saw I’m sorry, I didn’t ask for tiger stripes, I asked for marble and you’re charging me more to give me the product that you advertise. he proceeds to tell me, “ he painted the marble years ago himself on that color swatch but it’s since faded and will never look exactly like that.” well sir I’m paying for a certain product and you clearly aren’t giving me that so just leave the white on the ring finger and blue on the rest since I’ve already sat here 2 hours and it’s not complete yet. I had no acrylics. short nails. I was really unhappy with the outcome given the price. The lady who did my friend’s nails charged her 35 dollars for her service. I was charged 45 for the exact same service. we both gave a 5 dollar coupon that was initialed by the owner on our previous visit. my friend got to keep her 5 dollars off Pink coupon card , and my mail tech young man, ripped mine up. I asked for it back because I noticed my friend got her card back- he said no sorry, single use only. I didn’t even want to tip because we had to wait over 1 hour for service on appointments we had made earlier in the day. Others walked out with kids because they had to wait over 30 min for their appointments.
this place offers Groupons too but we both decided we would not return because of the poor service and waiting and not being able to actually design nails that they advertised.
Really wanted to like this place but it’s just not worth anyone’s time or money. not a skilled facility. fraudulent on cost of service. I feel like I was charged more because I stated the design looks nothing like the nail that has the design on it when you pick your color.
Secondly, if you can’t stick to appointment schedules, then be honest with your customers. there is no reason why we had to wait 1 hour for an appointment for 2 people for basic gel no chip. they had to have allowed walk-ins prior to us which was a mistake because they ran out of time, pushing for more money versus quality of service.
I stopped in as a walk in for a no chip polish. I got right in, which was great. The woman that did my nails was on her phone the entire time, which didn’t bother me too much if she was good at multi tasking. She couldn’t, she did an awful job. I chose a pink color and she didn’t put enough coats on so you can see through it and my nails are all filed unevenly. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish and was a huge waste of $25. I will never go back and would recommend anywhere else!
I stopped in today as a walk in and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE.
Andrew and his family (**new owners as of a few months ago**) are fantastic people! Kind, warm, and super attentive.
I got a pedicure and dip manicure & have no complaints at all! I love it! Love that they actually take the time to massage the hands, add the oils, ask about pressure and if you’re doing ok, and everything that places used to do but stopped doing.
