Excellent service at this salon. I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years now and never had any issues with my nails. Both ken and Tammy do great work and so do the other ladies that work here. Tammy always does a great job when doing my eyebrows (it’s hard finding someone to trust with your face). I’ve recommended this place to family and friends and they’re super grateful that I have. 10/10

This is by far my favorite set at my new favorite nail salon! Very friendly staff, clean, on time, professional, did exactly what I requested. I am so happy with my nails and will be a regular now. They did exactly what I wanted when showed the set I wanted ! Very nice and patient staff

The lady that did my nails, was in a rush didn’t take her time. My nails were all crooked. Nail polish all over my fingers. I gave her a design and she couldn’t do it so I gave her another one, and she was annoyed. I came here because I’ve heard SO MANY good reviews. But unfortunately I got the butt end of stick. I payed 68 dollars to have crooked nails. Never coming back here. Tammy is the best there so is her husband. Idk who that lady was... but she wasn’t good whatsoever.

I have been going here since 2012, but my most recent experience yesterday was horrible. The girl asked what shape I would want and I said square, but none of my nails are square. They are all different lengths and shapes and it looks awful. I asked for a simple gel manicure but even the nail polish looks bad. It’s not even, and started to smudge/chip immediately. I was not asked during the service if I liked the shape, length, or anything else. They rushed through my nails and they turned out terrible. I could have done a better job at home. Completely disappointed and lost a loyal customer of over 10 years.

First time here and absolutely will be returning. They did a phenomenal job. Very careful/ gentle, and attentive to detail. Reasonably priced too! Relaxing atmosphere and they had holiday music playing which was a big plus.

I tried to make an appointment online. I got a confirmation email on Dec 27th that they were waiting on owner approval and they would send an email when they get confirmation. Never got an email. I had requested today, Jan 17th, and I got an email today that my appointment was "canceled". I had already booked with another salon because I never heard back from them. Not sure why they have the option to schedule online if they aren't checking. I also called and left a voicemail a week after I requested my appointment and I never heard back.

I came in around 515 on a Thursday and the salon was quite busy. But it was just a 15 minute wait and I received my pedicure from Mia. She was very nice and did wonderful job. I would have liked a little longer of a foot massage, but I only got the classic pedicure, which still includes hot stones. I got a full set of acrylics with gels with Rose. There was a little glue left on my finger tips, nothing crazy. She did a great job, did beautiful designs, and did not make me feel rushed, even though my nails ran into after closing time. Given it is in Natick, I was a litter nervous about the bill ????. But they are more than reasonable. Classic pedi was 33, full set with gels and designs were $56. This is going to be my new salon. Very friendly and nice work. Also, if you pay in cash, you get 5% off. So I will do that next time
