I usually go to this place, but the last time I went it was the worst, there was only one person attending (the lady with glasses) and since she began to attend me she was on the phone and when I finished I told her that she left a very bad eyebrow different than the other, he told me that my eyebrows were like that. I paid for the service and left very upset as I had been growing my eyebrows for some time

Ruined my eyebrows nice and thick when i went in came out with pencil thin eyebrows from the 90s so disappointing

They are always rude to me for no apparent reason. I have been going here since they opened and kept going because sometimes (rarely) they have someone who is really good and it’s convenient. However I am officially done with this place. I tell them don’t thin my eyebrows out, and they get mad; and start scraping my skin harder, almost on purpose. Then they watch tv while doing your eyebrows and act like they dont even want to do them. This woman in glasses today absolutely butchered my eyebrows today and made them uneven and thinned them after i specifically said do not thin them out. They definitely need an attitude adjustment in that place; but if you’re looking for a $6 job go here; it’s apparent why it’s $6.

I’d rate them a 0 if I could. The lady in the glasses messed my eyebrows up really bad, and it was on purpose because i kept telling her to only do a clean up and she answered with “I know” very rude she kept scraping the thread against my face that it ripped 4 times. Very unprofessional lady. She didn’t even let us know that their was an extra fee to use card. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE BY THE LADY IN GLASSES!!!

The ladies that do my eyebrows are nice and courteous. The waiting area is clean and there is no long wait time. Oh! When the TV is working they have cool movies/ song videos. Definitely suggest coming here. I been coming here for a year and no complaints.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time 3 days ago, I went to Newlook eyebrow threading and I couldn't be happier with the way they came out! I didn't catch the lady's name but she was older and wore glasses. I gave it 4 stars because I ended up breaking out a little not sure if it was the irritation of being a first timer or if something went wrong but all in all, my results were AMAZING! I will definitely be returning whenever I need them done again. Good work ladies!

Poor quality work. The lady was on her phone and talking the whole time. My eyebrows are uneven and when I told her she said it was hard to do them because my hair is curly. I’ve never had this issue before. Her name started with a N and she wore glasses
