I had such a great experience here at Oasis Nail Spa. We were visiting from Fort Myers FL. Juan did such an amazing job on my spa pedicure, I loved the hot wax and hot towels!! He was very gentle and thorough! Judy did my full set of nails and she was quick, friendly and did an amazing job! The spa itself is beautiful too!!! I highly recommend going here and when we come back to visit, I will definitely stop here!!!
I got an acrylic fill with gel polish. Judy did a good job with full coverage, was pleasant, gentle & didn’t rush. The cost was what I’m used to in Ohio. I’ve been to several other nail salons in the Keys & Judy is my favorite. While in the Keys, I’m sticking with Judy!!
The women that owns the place was very arrogant she couldn't put her salon nail art on Kept telling me I moved and it was my fault 4 hours later I'm still waiting to be done
She decides to talk to another customer
The place was totally unsanitary and disorganized
2 weeks later my fingers still hurt and the nail decals peeled off after 6 days.
Run far away from her. She has no respect for a new costumer It's sad!
BEWARE OF TIP AMOUNT CHANGING Apparently, it wasn't enough for the lady to charge 45 for a eyebrow, lip and chin wax (The MOST I've ever paid ever, had no choice but to suck that up) but then I leave a certain amount of tip and the lady changed it. Guess she's used to people not checking from the awful service. I call back and she makes you seem ridiculous for it, it doesn't matter the amount but the fact that you're stealing people's money is not alright. Steer clear of this place and go somewhere else.
They do a great pedicures. I totally recommend to anyone to go there. I've had several pedicures there from different nail tech and all have done a excellent job!
We had to wait for 2 hours they were crooked painted very badly rushed the person doing my nails dug down in my skin and made them bleed. They were very aggressive with your nails and there tools.
Avoid this place
The person that did my nails, hands covered in warts. Warts are highly contagious. Now I have to worry if I will get them as well.
The gel job that they did is the worst I ever got.
They are on the rude side. Told me pick color for the design that I showed them . I did an when I sat down acted like I was stupid for picking blue as my color. Note the design is a flower with little dots on the side. And she tried to do a green flower instead. I told her I like blue and it was like I was irritating her.
The flower looks like my 2 year old did it. Very irritated . Not worth the $35 !!!!
Photo what I got and what I asked for.
Asked and showed them when I walked in.
