I mmmm leaving a review after moving places and being forced to go elsewhere to get my eyebrows threaded, because I didn’t realize how good I had it. This place makes sure they are even, and have a good shape. Other places will barely take any hairs off and my eyebrows are left with no shape, and looking uneven. You can’t even tell me the brows weren’t looking amazing and this was after they grew out some. I will be driving twenty minutes and dealing with terrible parking just to go here.

Have been going there for my eyebrows the past year. Recently realised they will change the amount you paid after you have left. When the transaction is posted on your bank statement you will get a shock. They seem go have a fraudulent person working there. I recommend you use cash at the facilities.

One lady is amazing; however, another woman does not deliver the same quality work. I asked for a clean up and she reshaped my brow, taking too much off in the process with one brow more red and swollen than the other. I wish I knew their names so I could properly warn others who to avoid!

Came here for to have my brows cleaned up. Well the lady that sat me didn't do what I asked. I made sure to say twice I just wanted a clean up. She instead butchered my brows and now they look too thin and uneven. She even messed up my arch. How? Isn't that like eyebrow 101?? She just stared at me and ask if I wanted more taken out to compensate the mess up shape on my right brow. I just said it's fine and walked away. And I still tipped... I only came here last minute based on recent reviews but that was a mistake.

Am so upset with the results! These people clearly don’t know how to do the job, my brows are so disgusting, they are uneven and too dark! I asked for the total price before doing my brows, this lady told me it’ll be $25 but after she’s done she told me it’s $27, like what’s the actual price lady??? Won’t come back here again!!!
