This is the worst African store i have ever been to in terms customer service. The man who owns the store is not fit to be there. He is very rude , he insults people and very disrespectful. He is not nice at all i bought an item and he gave me a wrong item i went home realized it wasn't the right thing and wasnt opened. I brought it back for ans exchange he said he won't change it. I insisted he asked for the receipt which i thought i had trashed but i found it and gave him he boldly told me to get out i dropped the item on the counter and he refused to change or to return my money instead told me i am stupid . Since then i don't go there anymore. This morning my brother called me and was complaining about the same man.
The items are overpriced. Check to see if damaged before buying.
I bought a pack of Special Pamplemousse soda and one of the drinks in the 6-pack had been opened (1/4 of the drink was gone). It appears that someone had drunken some and then put it back.
This is the worst store I have ever been. Please avoid that store. I went to get bitter kola in the store and requested to get 2 packs from him while he was packaging it and he said no he will be the one to give me what I need that I can't choose for myself. I even pleaded the elderly man and he said if u are getting what I gave you, let me attend to someone else. I can't believe this
I went to the store driving from a far distance to buy a certain product, I got home to discover some particles in it, I took the pain to take it back for an exchange, to my amazement the man who I presumed is the owner claimed I was the one that put the particle in it, that he claimed that had never happened before, I almost lost my cool. The man behaved like a typical greedy Nigerian businessman.
While I acknowledged the fact that anything could have gone wrong in the production process from the producer of that product which was never the fault of the African store but his accusation that I put the dirt in the product still leaves dazed as I speak. Just unfortunate.
You call them to ask for the price of an item.as simple as a can of tomatoes and they will never tell you because they want you to come over there,waste your time and gas and be bombarded with their ridiculously high prices! Even the owner himself does this and l don't see how that is good marketing. Its probably why his business has not grown and places like Afrik have been opening other stores! Change your lousy ideals.
This place basically have everything you need as an African but it is extremely very expensive!!!! Please sir, reduce the prices of your goods. Again their customer service is completely ZERO!!!! They are all very RUDE!
