Best TL Reviews
Six family members needed a place to stay in the area on a Friday night to attend a funeral the next day. Based on reviews this was the best of very limited options. New rooms? Where! New furniture? Where! None of our four rooms were nice in any stretch of the imagination. The first room we were assigned had an over powering musty smell. We requested to move and were. I was told they reserved one king room. On check in we were told no king rooms existed! Missing toliet tissue and towels, had to go ask for it. The door to the room my husband and I had was missing the safety chain and the door was patched on the side. It could have easily been kicked in. Our beds were very cheap and unsupportive. The blanket on one had tears and burn holes. The few towels we had were thin and rough. The parking lot was so bad! On and on! BAD!! About the worse of the bad places I have stayed over the years. If we have to stay in the area again, we will stay in Jackson and drive to our location. I do not recommend and my family agrees.
We had four rooms.
Very nice rooms at a good price very clean. This is a good place if just passing through or for longer term. Owners are friendly and caring.
So, the fuel pump went out on the truck we were driving... Just so happened to be a mechanic riiiight next to this property. After realizing we'd have to stay overnight I decide to take a walk over and see what this place had to offer. Nick, the manager/owner, was more than courteous, polite, and helpful! The double bed room I got for the night was extremely affordable @ about 74$ for the night. Now.... I do wanna say that from the outside it may not look like much, but I talked to the owner for quite some time (he can also hold very good conversations if you need someone to talk to ????), and he said they've been renovating all the rooms, and renovate they did! I wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was perfectly clean, it was more furnished than other big name hotels I've stayed at, the water gets really hot which is a plus, and they even have space if you're traveling with a trailer, which we were. All the rooms are fitted with brand new smart tvs as well! You can't get a better bang for your buck, so if you're traveling through the area and need a bed to sleep on stop by! There's also a lot of places nearby to eat, wash clothes, or shop at.
So Clean! I saw the other reviews and gave it a chance. The manager was super friendly. True, it doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside is nice enough and cheap. Across the street is the Dairy Bar and 1 or 2 blocks down is a grocery store and Bailey's Pizza.
We are in Town for work and this was the first place that popped up on google. They had 4 rooms available to accommodate us. Rooms were very clean and new furnishings. Our rooms were serviced daily. We are in this area several times per year and will now be staying only at this establishment. We had smart TVs in our rooms and were able to log into Netflix and watch our shows. The restaurant they recommended were delicious !
The rooms were very clean, but the outside was a little sketchy. The owner stated they were working on the appearance of the outside. He was very nice and the room was good.
I'm pretty sure I already reviewed this place.
Very very nice staff! Our water was out (broke) and my aunt paid for a week for us to shower there. She I asked for try towels to he owner would bring them before we unlocked the door. Amazing owners!
I had a great experience here. I had room 107 and I had no issues what so ever. It's a little place. The rooms are small. But honestly all you're doing is sleeping and showering. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Very clean room. The people that own it are extremely friendly. And I was asked if i was happy with the room. In which I replied, of course! Enjoy your stay here it's very quite.
