This was my first time visiting Minerva, I needed a pedicure before my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were professional. They had a great selection of colors and the massage at the end of my pedicure was really nice. 10/10 would recommend
Customer Mary Stallone: Jason does exceptional nails. He is an artist. He is always willing to try something new with my nail design. We did sweater nails last week. He also has so many designs for every holiday or season. Everyone at Minerva is so friendly and the complimentary massage while you are getting your nails done is so relaxing.
I'm never returning to this salon. It is the biggest waste of money for poor quality service. I went in to get a new set of acrylics and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine other than me picking a color and her pushing a different color on me for an unknown reason. However the woman who had applied my tips cut 6 of my cuticles with the drill. I was in absolute shock and pain at what had happened. My cuticles were BLEEDING and she just carried on. A different woman did the manicure for my acrylics and when she wiped my fingers with rubbing alcohol I've never felt a worse burn. I left the salon with nail polish on the pads of some fingers, bleeding cuticles, and dried glue on my fingers. I was not going to tip the woman who applied my tips because of what she had done to my fingers until another woman chased me on the way out to tell me I forgot to tip one of them. Like, are you kidding me? I've never experienced worse customer service. 1 week later and I still have open cuts on my cuticles.
I had an appointment on Saturday. I walked in about 10 minutes early. They were not busy. The manger was rude. Anyway, one of the staff called me over and put me at a station. I was picking my color when the manger asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes and gave my name. a couple of minutes later she comes back and tells me that I have to move because the person they are sitting there has an appointment. I said well, so did I but moved. The person that ended up doing my gel manicure did a terrible job. I have long natural nails. I only do gel manicures. I asked for oval shaped nails and my nails ended up a weird blunt rectangle shape. The paint job was sloppy and rushed. I have pooling of polish at the tips of my nails and the corners are so blunt I keep scratching myself. I also had an appointment for an eyebrow wax but I was so annoyed after the whole thing that I just paid and left. Oh, they also charged me $5 extra for a matte top coat ( I don't like shiny nails). And they put no cuticle oil on your cuticles. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Have to find a new place
Jason is an expert and an artist. I’m in Love with my Halloween themed Nails. Anything you ask for he can do. Everyone is so very kind, Sonia gives best massages while nails are being done.
I love the staff and boss here. Excellent on attention to details when it comes to nails and feet. Have been loyal customer for over 7+ years and they continue to be so amazing, even with always tagging along my son. Love my nail techs Laura and Jen. And Marta for my pedicure. I always step out feeling like a million bucks. Your my dream team! Love you all! ❤️
I absolutely love Mind and body spa! Everyone working there is very skilled and they are always welcoming. I also really love that they offer a free back massage while having your nails done. I find that I leave feeling extremely relaxed, and of course with beautiful nails and toes.
I got these nails done for halloween and i absolutely loved them. i definitely recommend going here they will meet all your needs!
