I usually don’t review, but this was a horrible experience. I made an appointment for 1:30 and they kept telling they will get to me, 50 mins passed by beforeI finally left. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I love this nail salon!! Let me tell you why. I have a daughter who has Cerebral Palsy, and every other salon she and I have gone to will give her grief about the involuntary movements she makes, but not here. They are kind and professional and I highly recommend!!!
I'm am in tears right now. I just left that awful place. This was my third time there, I had good experiences before, but this time it was a nightmare. Shirley did my refills, while some other lady did my pedicure. Shirley cut me, tugged at me, and was ruff with me. I was nervous to say anything so I got anxious while sitting there. My hands started sweating, so she made it a point to get disgusted by that and began being even more aggressive with me. Meanwhile the lady that was doing my pedicure found Shirley's behavior amuaing. When I asked Shirley if everything was ok She said "I'm tired" i then suggested that maybe someone who was not tired should be doing my nails because she was hurting me. Then the other staff heard and got quiet. She then apologized and finished working on me. The lady that was working on my feet on the other hand, decided it would be a good idea to grab some hot stones and put them on my feet while they were still scorching hot and burned my foot. When she saw that I quickly removed my foot and she saw how it blistered immediately she grabbed the stones and walked away. I got up a d they wanted in the front for me to pay. I felt abused and disgusted by the way these people treated me. I will never go there again and will definitely be telling all my friends and neighbors regarding this nightmare. I took pictures of my foot because my foot has a blister and they did not even offer an apology of compensation for their carelessness.
I showed the nail Tech what I wanted and in the picture it clearly showed I wanted iridescent colored rhinestones, I had made it clear that I wanted specific colored rhinestones and and the nail tech said that they had all those colors and that he could do it...after being halfway done with the nail set I don't see anything that I asked for and then asking what happened to having the colors that I ask he says "oh no we don't have that" It is all he said... or else I would have either changed my idea or went somewhere else. Also very lazy work. Will not be coming back.
Also he didn't wash his hands or wear gloves when he got started with his work. ????????????
I would go back, They were able to do my nails quickly and well! My biggest complaint was the color didn't match the sample I picked out, however I still like it! Next time I'll try and communicate more clearly. However it gets a little crowded, if you haven't been vaccinated, try and go on a weekday when they'll be empty!
I like their customer service, nice, friendly, looks clean. My only complain is that the older lady who helped me dug too deep on the edges of my right toe, and was very aggressive and made me bleed, so my toe was hurting for a week. Not sure if I'll go back, if I do, I'll just make sure I don't get the same lady.
The place looks modern and comfy but they nickel and dime you for everything. Not worth the wait; dry greeting at the door, the lady I had was slow and meticulous which is great when the shop is empty or you have no appointments waiting... I was handed a stack of gel colors that was thicker than my 6 inch medical journal. They offered everyone around me a drink (soda or water) but failed to offer me anything... The front desk chick rushed through potential (walk-in/scheduled) clients and talked to they staff as if they were children... Take off acrylic = $5. Plain color gel $28. If you want ‘rockstar’ sparkles, add at least $15 more... $50 for a full set... Came in with a friend and was asked if I was paying for the friend at least three times... After I said no the first time why keep asking me!?! No massage chair for the pedicure. Be ready to step up onto a pedestal in order to get your pedicure... This was a one and DONE experience and I will NEVER come back!
Well, I wanted to give this place a try, bad bad service, they didn’t like that I wanted regular nail polish for my Pedi, even tho I got the paraffin wax, they got upset and didn’t even care to show me when I can dry the color, the girl who did my toes and nails was laughing all the time in a silly way that was very disrespectful and annoying , waist of time and money,
