Been coming here over the past 8 years highly recommend never had an issue with customer service staff are good and polite customer service is good. Food is great never had an issue with my food. Really nice and cooked properly taste is amazing. My go to on the menu is the no.9, chicken fillet burger I haven't tried much else on that menu except for chicken and chips which was okayish but not my cup of tea, so can't speak for anything else . The chilli sauce (light pink chilli sauce ) is one of the best sauces ever ! highly recommend people to try it. Every time I order my food it's upto standard never find any faults with it and same as I had it the previous times, always consistent. Tables to eat inside aswell ,sometimes they're not cleared away and cleaned but for the most part its okay could be better, I usually dine out just out of preference, rest of the shop is decent. Prices are decent aswell. It's always busy as loads of people enjoy the food here, waiting times are decent never had an issue with waiting . Only thing I can fault is sometimes they can be stingy with how many tubs of sauce they put in your order/bag and these sauce tubs are small, they're not your standard size or if they put 2 chilli sauce tubs they sometimes, (recently I've noticed a lot), forget to put the mayo in. Or if you ask for extra chilli sauce tubs some staff get annoyed I've noticed sometimes.
Other than that, I highly recommend PFC. And enjoy ordering from here.
Hidden gem,after many recommendations I finally tried this place definitely good value and good quality food, special sauce is ???????????? looks like I've got a new go to food place just ashame they don't deliver or take card payments.

I can’t fault pfc!! Best customer service staff are friendly and the food is amazing !! Sauce is amazing too also the price is good!! Always busy because the food is amazing especially the chicken wings ! Been going here for 6 years. Can buy upto 4-5 people a meal each for like £15 in total, which is cheap. Thank you PFC????

People coming in and out its a good place to eat i will go again but the kebab needs to change its no good especially when their showcasing the dish. Overall flavoursome, drinks are cold, the pomme frites done bits and fillet burger was class. Get that kebab sorted!!!
