Quick Facts About Queen Creek Nails & Spa
Queen Creek Nails & Spa has received mostly positive feedback from customers. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the salon, and the quality of the manicures and pedicures provided. However, there have been a few complaints about inconsistent nail quality and some customers feeling dissatisfied with the service they received. Let's explore the strengths and weaknesses of the place in more detail.
One of the strengths of Queen Creek Nails & Spa is their ability to accommodate customers without appointments. Customers have mentioned that they were fit in even when they didn't have a scheduled appointment. This level of flexibility can be a major advantage for customers who need last-minute nail services.
Another strength of the salon is the skill and speed of the nail technicians. Customers have mentioned that their nail technicians were fast and efficient, completing their services in a timely manner. This is a beneficial aspect, as it allows customers to get high-quality services without having to spend too much time at the salon.
Customers have also praised specific nail technicians for their exceptional work. Names like Ann, Tim, Mona, Tina, Chris, and Lee were mentioned, indicating that these technicians have built a strong reputation among customers. Positive feedback about specific technicians suggests that the salon has a talented team capable of providing excellent service and meeting the expectations of customers.
The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the salon has also been highlighted by customers. Comments suggest that the staff creates a family-like environment, making customers feel comfortable and valued. This is an important strength as it helps create a positive and enjoyable experience for customers.
In terms of weaknesses, several customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of their nails. Complaints ranged from bumpy and uneven nails to overall poor execution of nail art. These negative experiences can be seen as a weakness for the salon because they indicate inconsistency in the skills of the nail technicians. While some customers have had positive experiences, it seems that others have not had the same level of quality.
It is important for the salon to address and improve upon these inconsistencies to ensure customer satisfaction. They can achieve this by investing in additional training for nail technicians and providing clear guidelines and standards for nail quality. By doing so, they can ensure a more consistent and positive experience for all customers.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the pricing of the salon. It was stated that the salon is on the pricey side, which may not be appealing to some customers. This can be a potential deterrent for customers who are price-sensitive or looking for more affordable options. To address this weakness, the salon can consider offering different pricing tiers or discounts to cater to a wider range of customers.
In conclusion, Queen Creek Nails & Spa has several strengths, including their flexibility with appointments, skilled and efficient nail technicians, positive and welcoming atmosphere, and praised technicians. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as inconsistencies in nail quality and pricing. By addressing these weaknesses, the salon can maintain a strong reputation and provide consistent, high-quality services to their customers.

This is the third time me and my sister came and they have always been amazing! They even fit is in when we don’t have an appointment although I do suggest you make an appointment. They are on the pricey side so expect to spend but totally worth the price. The staff is nice and the salon is always clean. Even if you want a simple manicure or pedicure they are great! Would recommend to anyone.
Came to get acrylics and some nail art done and this place did NOT disappoint! My nail tech was super fast and nice too. Gave me the exact design I asked for and it looks clean. Amazing price too only 70$!!! Definitely coming back here.
Ann at QUEEN CREEK NAILS & SPA is AMAZING. I have been going here since Sept of this year and I can't imaging going anywhere else. Ann knows how to do my natural nails so that they don't look fake, thick and bumpy. She is also very precise, patient, and quick. I love how Ann likes to do her best no matter how long it takes and she's all for trying new risky styles. I literally google an image and show her and she does it. I always call and make an appointment with her because this place stays busy. For pedicures, I love to go to Tim, he is very thorough and gives the best foot massages EVER. Everyone here is pretty good because my daughter sees other people when she gets her nails done. My go to people are just Ann and Tim. Queen Creek Nails & Spa is a family buisness, ran by Mom, Dad and Daughters. This probably explains why there is such a warm welcoming family vibe once you enter. They are all very nice. If you haven't been, you must go and try them out. Please excuse my dry hands ????being a RRT for 10 yrs and using hand sanitizer in between patients will really dry your hands out lol.
Highly recommend this salon. I have been coming for 8 yrs and Mona is awesome for pedicures. She is very detail oriented and thorough. Tina does my dipped nails and is always great! She is always up for my ever changing nail colors and designs.
I have gone here multiple times and every time my nails have been not good. Bumpy, uneven, terrible. And it sucks because I found this place and their pictures of nail art are incredible. So idk why they can’t do it to my nails. I’ve been to 5 different nail techs and they all are not good at all. This set was my last straw. I’m surprised they even let me go home with these.
Book with Chris he is amazing!! Takes his time and pays attention to every detail. Doesn't mind or isn't rude if you speak up about something you don't like. Never upset always impressed. Every New set is always better then the last with him. Thank you Chris !!!
Lee does the best work!! I'll never go to anyone else. I also love the owners, they are always so kind!
Love this nail salon! I can always count on J doing any design I ask for. Friendly conversation and very fast service. He is truly an artist and very good at his craft. Make an appointment because they are always busy and open on Sunday's!
