I have to say, I'm so glad I found Queens nail in Fort Lauderdale. I get my dip manicure and gel pedicure. This is by far the I've gotten since living in Florida. Everyone is so nice! Yvette does an amazing pedicure. Ken and Hanna are great with my manicure. Again, I've finally found my nail spa!!
First let me start by saying that I came to this location and it said closed on their door, the door was open and I walked in and asked if they were open I need a last minute Gel Manicure. They were closed and still welcomed me in and took care of me in such a way that I think I have found my new place. The atmosphere, the way they welcomed me regardless that they were getting ready to close, this speaks volumes! The owner Ken and Hanah who took care of me, went above and beyond. I’m definitely coming back. I’m super happy! Hanah’s son was here also he’s a little boy and brought me a snack and water. Such a nice kid. Definitely coming back! Thank you so much!
As long as this salon is in business, I won’t be going anywhere else. They are so attentive and take good care of you. I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks for years and FINALLY I found my salon. You won’t be disappointed here! Ten stars ⭐️
I have been going here for years. There are new owners now. I booked a mani and pedi. Went to my appt and the 2 women working there were starting other people’s nails and the one I booked with was starting gels Vs which take an hour. She asked me to wait. I told her no I have an appointment and made changes to my schedule with clients. She just smiled. I left. They called me after and offered a pedi for free to make up for it. I went back 2x and she keeps forgetting I have a free pedi. She rings up for a mani and pedi both times and refuses to give me the free pedi. And yes there is an argument with the husband who runs her and the place. He Told me I was not leaving without paying for the pedi. I paid and will never go back. He’s is vile.
Love going here and support a small local business. I prefer the owner doing my pedicure. She gives the best scrub/leg/foot massage. Very precise and careful when doing the pedicure. Highly recommend.
Update. Had had several great pedicures by Jolie. She is always great and loves to spoil her customers ????????
I went to Queen Nails on my lunch break. I called prior for info and they were very pleasant& informative. My entire experience was excellent. Jennifer and Tom worked on my service simultaneously , keeping in consideration that I had a time limit. That was very thoughtful. They were pleasant and made me laugh. Most importantly,My nails came out excellent as well! I will definitely be a returning customer.

What Queen Nail Salon lacks in ambience is made up for by attentive, friendly service. I'm not a manicure aficionado but the manicure I received looked good.
