Quick Facts About Queen Nails
Queen Nails has both strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments above. In order to assess the overall experience and reputation of Queen Nails, it is important to analyze these comments in detail.
Starting with the strengths, one comment highlights that Queen Nails provides efficient and quick service. This is a positive aspect as it shows that the salon is able to accommodate customers in a timely manner, which is important for those who may have busy schedules. Another strength mentioned is that the nail technicians at Queen Nails are able to accurately bring to life the desired nail designs described by customers. The use of inspiration pictures can assist in overcoming any language barriers, enhancing the communication between the customer and the nail technician. This attention to detail is further emphasized by a different commenter who commends one specific nail technician named Lee, stating that they pay attention to detail.
The affordable prices offered at Queen Nails are also highlighted as a key strength. One commenter mentions that the prices are cheap compared to other nail salons in the area. This can be appealing to customers who are looking for quality service at an affordable price.
On the other hand, weaknesses were also mentioned in the comments. One customer had a negative experience where their nails broke shortly after getting them done at Queen Nails. They express disappointment in the quality of the job and the additional cost incurred for repairs. This suggests that the initial job was not done properly, resulting in dissatisfaction and additional expenses for the customer.
Another commenter also expresses dissatisfaction with their experience at Queen Nails, deeming their nails as the "ugliest" they have ever had. This negative feedback reflects poorly on the salon's ability to deliver a desirable outcome for its customers.
Another weakness mentioned in the comments relates to poor customer service. One customer experienced an argument with a member of the staff and felt disrespected. This negative interaction suggests that Queen Nails may have some issues with providing satisfactory customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for their clients.
Overall, it is evident that Queen Nails possesses strengths such as efficient service, attention to detail, and affordable prices. However, weaknesses in the form of poor quality work, negative customer experiences, and issues with customer service are also present. These weaknesses can negatively impact the reputation of the salon and deter potential customers from choosing Queen Nails as their preferred nail salon. To improve, Queen Nails should address these shortcomings to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall reputation.

Queens Nails is a good place to get a quick and good service! I’ve gotten my nails done a few times with different nail techs and I believe they are all very efficient. They worked with me to get exactly my point when I described how I wanted my nails to look like. It also helps with the language barrier If you bring in inspiration pics. The pic is from my Xmas inspired nails. They take walk ins but depending on the demand you might have to wait a bit.
I love it here! Cheap prices and Lee pays attention to detail my new nail spot. I usually go to ya ya nails on 15 mile and Garfield but they do just as good. I did my toes myself and the color on my hands are called grape jelly.
Got my nails done, dipping powder, Tuesday. my nail on my non dominate hand broke Wednesday. went back Saturday to get repairs (the UV top coat was chipping on other nails) charged me 10 to apply more clear dipping powder because 1st round was too thin (only 3 dips when other places have done up to 5) and to use the CORRECT top coat (at my request). Nails look horrible the color is significantly duller due to the extra coats that should have been applied the 1st time... So a total of 60$ for a shoddy nail job ????... After I sat complaining ANOTHER vehicle person tried to fix... Got a little better but he cut me...Going to my original place, their hours can be funky but my nails are always on point. Paid too much for the ugliest nails I’ve ever had. I’m embarrassed to let anyone see this.
I received the best pedicure of my life from the sweetest, most gracious woman on yesterday. Not only did she massage each of my legs for like seven minutes apiece, she made sure my feet were as soft as baby bottoms. In this age of expedited services and poor customer service, her spirit of humility made me feel like a QUEEN. Well done!!!
This was my first time at Queen nails. I’m not sure who hired the man that did my nails but yikes. He hit my cuticle twice with the drill then while he was cutting my cuticles he made me bleed.. it’s still bleeding currently. He was globing shellac on my nails so they’re chunky looking. My nails aren’t one solid color and I had to ask for a third coat because they have streaks in them. I will never be back. I could shellac my nails better then this. Come on!
Terrible service. Left when putting nails on due to her arguing with me, apparently it cost more just to shape the actual nail that should be included in the session. The lady doing my nails told me the other girl had already told me that and I said no this is the first time ,she said it's extra for length. The girl who was doing my nails said " I was standing right there yes she did" I said no this is the first time I'm hearing it. She wanted to continue arguing with me telling me to stop talking even tho I wasn't. I'd nevveerrr come here again how disgusting and disrespectful. On top of that they took forever to actual get to me. Good thing I left before she could continue what a waste of time. RUDE WORKERS.
Very friendly, courteous and professional. I got just what I asked for. It's been over 10 years since I last got my nails done.
