I made an appointment and after waiting 20 mins (what is the point of an appt) I was rushed through. My nails are uneven, rough and lumpy. I scrubbed polish and product off fingers because she was so Sloppy. Instead of cutting my lifted nails, she just superglue them. WHO DOES THAT?? Not to mention it is so obvious they talk about you to each other in another language it makes it so uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend. I definitely won't return. Not even sure how these ladies are in business.
I will say my pedicure was good and enjoyable, $160 dollars I wish I spent elsewhere.
They are RUDE they don't communicate with customers they behave like customers are a nuisance and we're bothering them, which is weird to me because without us would be no them. I go still however not often to get my eyebrows done, because I have Ascari on 1 of my brows & had stitches no one can get them even only 2 people since 1988 . That ONLY . Tomorrow when I go in iam going to comment on all the bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wish I didn't have to go.

My journey on how I ended up at All About You.. I am new to desert hot springs ca from washington state where I was extremely happy. I was told about Queen Nails in desert hot springs. As you women know, one of the stresses of moving is finding a someone that you can trust to provide services like our nails. From the moment I went into their shop no one except 1 employee talked to me and it wasn't even the girl who did mine. after my nail breaking on the second day and the ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE WHEN I WENT BACK my husband started looking in our area!!! OMG I LOVE MY HUSBAND JUST A LIL MORE FOR FINDING DEB AND HER STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO ENGAGING AND SO INCREDIBLY KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT SO MANY DIFFERENT SERVICES SHE OFFERS!! SHE USES THE BEST PRODUCTS AND OLD SCHOOL TECHNIQUE WHICH IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I AM OVER THE MOON HAPPY ABOUT MY NAILS AND CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK FORO MY FILL AS WELL AS MY FEET!!! If I could give this zero stars i would. ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE THAT CAN EXIST. I simply went in to get my acrylics taken off you’d think that it would go without any problems. This lady I did not get her name but she proceeds to rip off my acrylics instead of soaking them off because I came in 30 minutes before closing. So instead of properly taking off my nails she decided to proceed to rip them off first two came off no problem then she ripped my third nail off as you can see in the picture. She wouldn’t even let me see my nail she very quickly decided to put nail glue on it and then proceeded to try and cover up her mistake. I was preoccupied with my friend who had came with me and didn’t notice until later. After she ripped off my nail she switched methods and decided to soak off the rest of them which she should’ve done in the first place. The worst part. She wouldn’t give me my money back. I had paid her in advance so I didn’t have to hold the cash on me and when I asked for my money back she refused saying that things happen like that all the time. I honestly feel like she should be fired. Her negligence as a nail technician is absolutely terrible. I’ve never had this happen. And I would NEVER come back.

I love the way they did my nails and the color that I picked out to bring with me was even a nice color I matched my toes to my fingers the prices weren't too bad either
Went with my mother five days ago and my mother had her set started ten minutes before my set and the woman closest to the door rushed through my set, finished my set before my mother’s. She didn’t put the right color on my set that i had picked, she chose something somewhat close to it, failed to trim my natural nail before starting my set, and didn’t apply any pressure at all to the mail after gluing it on, it is the fifth day today and already half my set is already about to fall off and it looked like i needed a fill already by the third day. Very Unpleased and was not worth 100$ that i paid. Will never return nor recommend to ANYONE. She should be let go of as an employee so she can go get more practice at a school.
