Okay so at about 3pm today
I sent my daughter into Walmart by herself to get her nails done while I stayed in the truck and returned a few company calls.
My 16yr old daughter got back to the car Very Unhappy, and frankly I'm upset too with the poor workmanship and quality.
Not what is advertised in the pictures online.
Time in was 3:51, time out 4:26.
Angel even told me how good the customer's nails looked that got up right before her!
What is It? Because it's a teenage girl by herself you wanna cheapen up on the quality?!
I bet if I, her Father, would have been there it wouldn't have happened

Very upset, poor quality, Not worth the $53 that I paid, could have gotten a kid to follow instructions better and put a little effort into it!

I don’t usually write reviews but this was awful. I’ve never had my nails done so ugly and crooked. The nail tech also cut me several times with the drill bits and made me bleed. Never again coming back. Also, they are not friendly at all.
I always get my nails done here!! I have always went to Michelle. She is the best. I will only let her do my nails because she’s this best here is what she done yesterday.They are beautiful!!
I used to come to this nail salon very often, and always had a great experience. Here lately the experience has been awful!!
Ever since Michelle left this nail salon has gone downhill very quick.
I got my nails done 4 days ago and they are already lifting and popping off. Not to mention when the lady was doing my nails I told her I had an issue with my nails and her response was “oh well it’s too late for me to fix them” then she charged me $56 for a white tip full set. They do not care if their customers are satisfied or not!
I will definitely not be going back to this location.
The lady started out great. When I told her two of my nails were crooked she told me no and kept going. Fine, maybe I was wrong. She cut all 5 of my fingers on my right hand, all five we're bleeding. The 5 on my left hand are all crooked, they are slanted. They are bumpy, crooked, and not fully painted. I woke up this morning to my thumb nail the paint is peeling off. I just got them done Friday. They were for my wedding this week now I have to find someone to fix them today. $50 wasted.
the worst nail center in all of lincolnton the work is bad .. when they have a problem with a client they will start speaking in their chinese language and criticize the client that is very unpleasant if they do it ... hire real nail professionals please . The Chinese girl is very rude. she spoke to me out loud because she didn't understand some things
The nail tech burned me three times with the drill bits!( which were very dirty!)
( Mold around sink!) I wanted to stop but she insisted that I continue… She even told me that the Manicure was free because she hurt me so many times! She even made me bleed! But then when I started to leave she insisted that I pay her $38, of course I got super upset and I plan to Call the state board on these people!
I don't usually write reviews but after reading other reviews I see that this unprofessional behavior is a trend at Regal Nails. Their response to these reviews is "I hope you come back and pay us again". When the correct response should be "let us make this right". Especially when you're told before you leave to come back if you have any problems. Well, I went back because the color I picked wasn't the color she put on me. It looked very different under the salon lights. I showed her two colors and asked her to pick one of them. She picked a green. A very unflattering green. Green wasn't one of the choices. It's like she picked the color for me. One nail was shorter than the rest so I got the rest of them filed down. Now they're too short. The lady that done my nails told me she has only been there for a couple weeks. That is not an acceptable excuse when you're paying so much! Which brings me to another point... The prices they have posted in the shop are not what they charged me!! I paid for my sister and myself. Neither one of us had a nice experience. Something needs to change or I don't see this shop remaining a successful establishment.
